So I'm trying to kill Golden Fleece (level 40) for surble tufts but my archer is level 29. I have Weaver up to level 46. Can I just switch to Weaver and sic my (level 46) chocobo on them while I do minimal damage? Any advice?

I need help. I can't upgrade my workshops because I need a granary to send minions of expeditions for materials. My sanctuary is level 10, and I have two workshops. How do I get a granary? How do I get more plots for buildings? Do I destroy one of my workshops and replace it with a granary? How do I even do that?
