yes someone who bought a house 8 years ago and has not played since should still have his plot. houses would be even more rare if this system didnt exist.
If Yoshi trully bealive what he says then the houses should be on auto demo on like 3-4 months wich is the time a new patch comes.

>Ishgard Housing
Launched Broken, took a month to fix, filled in 2 cycles, never talked about again >Island Sanctuary
Literal spreadsheet simulator with no customization where the gameplay is right clicking on stuff >Criterion
Even more savage content, which is frankly oversaturated by the actual savage tier and ultimates, very few will even want to prog it >Variant Dungeons
Neat lore dumps, no replayability, variant actions very restrictive and boring >Eureka Orthos
Slow slog of a deep dungeon that misses the appeal of HoH and PoTD, simeltanously too easy, but too time consuming due to bloated hp values.
Bonus: >Portrait system & Adventure plates
The fricking beta version worked better than the release version >New Housing wards!
Filled everywhere that matters in like 2 cycles >Data Center Travel
killed Primal and Crystal, and basically guaranteed Dynamis will never grow into anything. Aether is the only server that matters now
and people will say this isn't the worst expansion
>new system implemented to buy a plot is a lottery >you pay the amount required to participate in the lottery, and internally, every participant is given a number ranging from 1 to the number of participants >game picks a random number to win the plot, everyone who loses gets a refund >somehow the system could pick 0 as a winning number which means nobody got the house, and even worse, you could not get a refund sometimes
Dungeons >Neat lore dumps, no replayability, variant actions very restrictive and boring
I think it says a lot that Variants are literally able to be soloed when playing casually, or with any party composition that can switch jobs as they please. There's no expectation of challenge despite them throwing some neat boss fights in there, they just want people to finish it; you could really experiment with the idea by having Role-specific shit and running interweaving paths instead of all players stuck to one, but instead the bump up to Crit just turns it into a generic dungeon entirely. I know 14 has spaghetti code but EW really took the lowest common denominator at every turn with this shit.
>right on every point >even remembers the major ishgard housing frick up
I should save this is a copypasta to remind ffxiv cultist what endwalker is really all about
pvp only mattering the very first season of it, everyone then fricked off
people hoped they would address cheaters/boosters - cheaters became more rampant. boosters disappeared because rewards garbage
las vegas fanfest 2 booths in an entire rented space, lines not managed, spread covid by a moron
complete the dungeon and don't even get a t-shirt like used too
on another note
I think the raiders mostly quit because of plugins. plugins dimish any sense of achievement knowing that it is solved content.
plugins existing made raiding entirely do not make any mistakes, do it as fast as possible, then frick off because week 1 is all that mattered and it's a casual game haha :), go do something else!
while all 8 are using garbage, none will admit it because will get social ostracized, too afraid to make friends because never know when need to instantly leave static for another one over someone having a melty then being associated as their friend so you aren't invited into shit in the future.
datacenter travel fricked this game up hard.
How to make DT postgame good >New Eureka-like zone, somewhere between Eureka and Bozja in terms or lenght maybe. Have the raids be accesible from duty finder >Relic not handed down, maybe not lock it behind the "Eureka zone" but make it so that you can ALSO upgrade it that way along with other tasks >Less cutscenes, more gameplay, or at least make the cutscenes a bit more fun, not "character standing while you listen"
give tanks/healers more spice and variety of abilities, like conditionals, more skills that interact with other skills, etc. Link 2 players to mitigate them and heals upon break or expire or placeable thing on ground that has 1 aoe effect, place a 2nd one that has another effect on top or a different one all together, and then a 3rd one... maybe for more damage? idk.
Any ideas?
>Killed Crystal
Just end me >You fricked up by being in crystal
How was I supposed to know years ago? Now I have a full FC and a house, not going away without my squad
"killed crystal" is an outright lie anon-fampai, datacenter is still far and away the most populous in the game. dynamis was made for xbox rapefugees and to cope with further playerbase increases
>Variant Dungeons
how is it meant to work in a party when choosing routes? won't you feel annoyed if you choose a route when solo and then in party they just choose the same route anyway?
everyone stands on the circles, or enough people stand on one long enough if I remember right. of course you better hope that certain secret path conditions are recognized by everyone ahead of time
considering the damage scales to the player count, arguably yes. i still don't have the mountain true end because players were infrequent, got the same couple of paths over and over, and i didn't feel like looking up a guide to do it by myself.
The way I always do these variant dungeons is I do all of the different paths solo, and then just go with whatever path the party wants to do until I have enough of the currency to buy everything.
Spot on, for every decent/good thing they added this expansion, they fricked up two other things.
I've been pointing at the complete lack of any difficulty curve in this game since fricking Stormblood and how old systems have been hollowed out to make room for absolute morons that don't even want to play this game. In random order: >Yellow quests are completely fricking pointless and has been pointless since they bumped the EXP gain from MSQ so that you never have to touch any other content to reach max level. Their only use now is as lore dumps but 90% of them are even shit at that, they might as well just stop making more >Tanking and healing being completely gutted didn't fix shit and now people don't play either because they are both BORING instead of being "B-but muh tanxiety ;(". The small bump in activity after the reworks wasn't worth it >Fates are completely pointless except for mount/chevos/glam and gil, which are all equally pointless as each one of these things have had their value hollowed out over the years >Dungeons all being simplified down to boss rushes with mandatory stops every 20-30 sec fricking sucks >Crafting being simplified down to only meeting number requirement on your gear and spamming the same 3 buttons over and over again fricking sucks
Wanna know the worst part about yellow quests? They used to be the filler in between MSQs but now the MSQ has more built in filler to compensate for the faster pace/lack of yellow quests
At some point they're going to address how stupid it is that you can play hundreds of hours of content free, but the second you buy the game, you're stuck with the sub fee even for the 'free' content.
Pandaemonium story is surprisingly strong
Alliance raid ehhhh I'll wait to see how it ends tomorrow before I pass judgment on it, but the first two have cool setpieces Hyadain made the remix for one of the story trials/EX trials
>yoshi p announces gameplay featurrs for savage raiding >little applause >announces 2 dye system >uproar of applause
He even mentioned how he felt a little irked at this lmao. He probably isnt going to give a shit after DT drops and will be asking to work on other projects soon as he doesnt have to do much to entertain this playerbase further.
yoshida would be moronic to give up creative lead role of one of the world's most popular MMORPGs, he just misjudged who the hell is actually gonna spend money to attend a fan-festival, especially when the US one is ALWAYS sparse on any actual info
What is there to even do besides raiding? Casual content is, what, Roulettes and grinding out MGP? Endless hunt trains? Old content that is so solved it's relegated to scheduled outings via Discord?
Adventuring Forays. Which we DIDN'T get. Savage raiding is fun, but is moronic because you are locked out expected to return every week for eight weeks to obtain BiS if that is your thing. Savage raids shouldn't have weekly lockouts because majority of the playerbase don't even savage raid. Stop punishing people who savage raid.
>Stop punishing people who savage raid.
No other demographic has been catered more to than Savage raider this expansion. Saying you are "punished" is a fricking joke. They even add upgrade shit to Criterion (Savage) now to entice you to give this -explicitly made for raider content- a try.

This is why people say that the raids in this game have artificial difficulty mislaid in them. Ultimates take this to an absolute extreme, making you suffer up to 15 minutes just to get to the mechanic you actually need to prog
Endgame raids would be fricking yoshipiss shit easy if they implemented like a practice mode with checkpoints

>but is moronic because you are locked out expected to return every week for eight weeks to obtain BiS if that is your thing.
Deal with it. They put a lot of money into that content that a minority do, they're damn well going to milk you for two months of sub fees at the minimum.
Honestly, Savage raiding has no fricking appeal for the casual player unless someone drags them into it. All this time and effort creating harder versions of most notable boss fights and only a small percentage of the playerbase probably bothers. When I looked at the iLvl requirements for the upcoming shit, I can do EVERYTHING being released with just the latest crafted gear without any augmented/savage-improved shit whatsoever compared to the people minmaxing every single individual thing, and ultimately will probably have more fun for it because the fights will still have some modicum of challenge compared to normal Endsinger being able to die by overgeared players before phase 2 even starts.
Yoshida hoping Savage becomes a major draw is barking up the wrong tree and ultimately there's not a single reason but self-gratification and very niche rewards to actually approach and of it. Plus the jump from casual play to "sit down with a static and study, because a PF with randoms is gonna be fricking shit" is too steep for the "next thing up".
>sit down with a static and study, because a PF with randoms is gonna be fricking shit
PFs on EU data centers aren't that bad, they're quite competent for the most part
I was kind of surprised by what Asmon said (said both the graphics and the combat are terrible, which is very different from what he said in the past), but then when I saw the videos he's been reacting to lately, it makes sense. He's been watching the doom and gloom videos about the game, so he feels like he needs to agree with them and also put the game down in some way.
MMOs should only have serviceable graphics so that the required specs is just "have a computer that works", because by doing so, the devs can focus on the gameplay and other important parts of the game while also making your game more available to people who don't have a NASA computer, thus having more opportunities for profit: more players =more people who can spend money. not every game needs to push the boundaries of graphics in any way, this is what's primarily wrong with modern games
>my game has a shitty art direction so I'll use very detailed graphics to hide it
you don't need shit graphics if you have a solid artstyle
now go wipe your ass with sandpaper, Barry
PSO2NGS took a massive leap in graphics over PSO2. In the end it didn't help the game whatsoever when everything else took a hit for it, and player counts dropped hard in Japan even before controversies because PSO2 was a very popular net cafe game; the NGS launch kneecapped that with much higher system requirements for a country not big into modern PC gaming in the first place, so it backfired hard.
>but its painfully dated by any other modern standard like New World and Blue Protocol.
Anon, both of those games are a very different type of standard, both of them total absolute dogshit and kneecapped by executive decisions.
It literally doesn't matter what the game looks like.
MMO's that are high in graphic fidelity are always going to be incredibly Niche by virtue of their design and how many people can run the game.
OSRS is still popular today because of how easy it is to run that game, you can run it off a Browser it's that low spec.
If you are playing games for the graphics you don't play MMOs. That's one the of the most moronic lines of argument I've ever heard from someone saying MMOs should be graphically intensive, like FF16.
Ok so they make the game look like ff16, that's great now they just lost 3/4s of their playerbase because they can't run the game.
I provided you an example of why graphics don't matter of why an antiquated game that is so low poly due to engine limitations is still popular. They don't matter, tell me why they matter in an MMO? Explain your reasoning with examples.
This, XIV is ugly because of the art style, not the graphics. But it's not their fault, nips are so obsessed with realism it's puke inducing, only guilty gear figured out how to do proper shit in 3D.
It was also stated in interview that a single Boss battle of ff16 took 8months of development time over 4 studios.
The game itself can have fast paced action combat because you're not interacting with other real players who also are doing the same.
I feel like I just got an aneurysm from this guy trying to justify ff14 should be running and looking like ff16, with no consideration as to the challenges that would mean.
Does he say these things deliberately knowing it's ragebait or does he genuinely believe it?
the horrible thing is that it's very possible to be either, graphics prostitutes run the gamut of being underaged and not knowing the difficulty of their demands to being adults that are just plain stupid, and if you DO know the technical challenges it's easy to post a braindead take like that as rage-bait
I doubt he will ever explain himself in sincerity, it's far easier to have the braindead response and have his underaged audience reply TRUUU than to talk through why he thinks graphics are important but to also acknowledge the technical challenges that that would entail along with the reality of trying to put the game on multiple different platforms from ps3 for ARR and Heavensward, ps4 for Stormblood, Shadowbringers PS5 for EW and now Xbox s/x along with the PC version.
WoW is PC only, comparing the two what is his point in doing so? Especially talking about ff14 now while he hasn't played beyond the beginning of Stormblood and that was over two years ago.
If he's trying to have a discussion, his presentation is very bizarre.

I'm actually surprised that in 2023 that WoW is still somehow not on consoles, everyone knows that's where the easy money is but it must be literally impossible for them to figure out how to port it.
> >It literally doesn't matter what the game looks like.
I would have said an artistic coherency is important to maintain, otherwise you end up like a visual mess. And now they released shit like this which I need to mod out to make the game look bearable again.

>what went wrong?
Turns out relying on WoW being complete shit only really works to attract new players, your game actually needs to be good to keep said players.
And no ff14 trannies I'm not saying they are back playing WoW I'm saying they all moved on from MMOs
>need to render seven fricktillion characters, objects, and NPCs/monsters at once because your game is massively multiplayer >you want your game to be massively multiplayer, so run requirements should be low >easiest and most practical way of achieving this is graphical fidelity equivalent to consoles from 15-20 years ago > > > >UMMMM >IT'S 2023 >YOUR GAME SHOULDN'T LOOK BAD? >OR ELSE I WON'T PLAY IT? >LMFAO >WHO WANTS POORgayS IN THEIR GAME ANYWAYS JUST UPGRADE YOUR COMPUTER >*dabs*
>defeat golbez >oh we'll just stand here like a tard lemon as he gets to frick over azdaja and summon zeromus, our character refuses to do anything but scowl
Seeing this shit game die and the remaining shills becoming increasingly desperate makes me very happy
The narrative around the game right now is that its dead, it looks like shit and it plays like shit
to be fair in this case judging by JP it's basically a mystic knight rather than strictly a paladin, so really it's just them shifting from knight after taking two damn expansions
It's just a bit broader in scope since it's an MMO and not a turn-based game, hell Red Mage wouldn't have access to Holy or Flare otherwise. Strictly speaking if Paladin followed series conventions it'd get more sword moves instead of more magic beyond Clemency ("Cura") >mystic knight
I'd look to Samurai for that since they're charging their swords with magic for iaijutsu
Honestly I wish we'd get a whole period dedicated to cleaning up the classes so they have better roles and styles defined in a manner akin to the massive PvP rework. They're very un-Final Fantasy after a point, and while I find Sage neat on its own merits, "ultimate magic caster class becomes a fricking shield healer gundam" is not very authentic to me.
Which is weird since they'll utterly suck the wiener of older FF games left right and center and make them central to the lore to the point of transplanting Ivalice entirely.
I think a big part of why they don't do that (in addition to the obvious angle of "job-accurate skillsets are massive balance problems") is that most jobs don't have the kind of meat on their bones necessary to fill out an MMO class with what will be 100 levels to grind out next year. Some are variable like Dragoon occasionally getting things like Reis' Wind, dragon breaths and high mobility compared to other jobs, others like Knight/Paladin you get FFTA2's high strength against undead and in most games they get Cover and low/medium grade White Magic which will largely consist of Cure, Cura, Libra and Esuna (if you're lucky, Poisona otherwise). >while I find Sage neat on its own merits, "ultimate magic caster class becomes a fricking shield healer gundam" is not very authentic to me.
I do think Sage's theming is a bit weird with its name, especially when the job it bears most visual and mechanical similarities to is the Psychic dressphere from X-2. I'm pretty sure Sage was only chosen as a name because it was an FF4 reference in an expansion packed full of 'em, same as how Reaper stands in for Dark Knight where Zero and Zenos are concerned.

You don't belong, and I don't mean in this thread I mean on imageboards. These are places of discussion with each board being the hobby of interest. You've heard what imageboards are like second hand but you haven't tried to use them.
honestly i still would rather play FF14 combat for its consistency. people say "oh but New World or Blue Protocol, action MMOs are just better!" those games boil down to wailing on something to death and occasionally dodging a marker, it's not really saying much when you're functionally doing the exact same shit with a different format of inputs
I don't think FF14 does its own combat system well. I hate that there isn't much room for personal expression or mastery of its systems and mechanics to show. It's hard to tell the difference between an adverage player and a great player. The best examples I can think of are standing close to AoEs and the nonsense of moving through floor puddles between server ticks. But those are more with encounter design.
I got bored of playing because I felt like I peaked and there wasn't anything else to learn on the jobs I liked playing. I don't like that most of the games complexity comes from the boss and encounter design instead of using your own abilities and tools.
I'm not sure the best way to solve it within the limits of 14. Maybe make some new job that's demanding to play and performs better because of it's higher difficulty. Or when the new job reworks for the next expansion their toolkits could support both a easier playstyle and one that performs slightly better but requires more effort to do.
I get that it'll never happen because MMO players are braindamaged individuals or women. But for a game that people have played for thousands of hours surely they should be able to handle a bit more.
the big problem you also have to deal with is the ever-present delay/lag. sure my plugin tells me i got about 56-76ms of lag on average to deal with, but I'm also using ReAction and some other thing to help with making my inputs go through better, while certain classes like Ninja and Machinist weaving are virtually impossible to do if you're on a place with a worse connection than mine.
you basically can't make advanced jobs with a high skill ceiling and expression because of this, and the fact that YoshiP is a raider listening to raiders, and they all want consistent damage windows and a strict setup loop, so they just hijacked what expression the game had.
>every other mmo has better combat
I can't even refute that. The combat in XIV is absolute ass, jobs are incredibly simple while the fights become increasingly convoluted to deal with. And even then it is *just* a DDR fight, again and again, they are absolutely unable to do any other content, Criterion is the best proof of that.
i've never watched asmon or zepla or xeno or any of these people so walking into xiv talks and seeing people freaking out over their opinions is a weird feeling.
This patch gives >7 (less than usual) MSQ quests >one 24 man raid >island update
And that is it. I don't care if they chop it up into a .51 or .55, the quality of the EW patches has been awful.
>7 (less than usual) MSQ quests

literally one more quest compared to 5.5 because it's divided in 2 parts, but let's be honest, you're just trying to be disingenuous. you're not even worthy of a (You)
Why do you even give these homosexuals attention anon. Just abandon threads until datamines are up. No one uses Ganker anymore since the split because all it left was the schizo autist.
I've always hated that they started dividing up patches because of homosexuals that cried about having too many things to do and feeling rushed. Now we get content that lasts a day and its a 2-3 month wait for the second half of the patch.
Hasn't been worth subbing for a .X patch in years. Better to just wait until the .X5 or wait for multiple .X patches to pass before resubbing.
50% of the complaining about the state of the game could have been quelled if they actually did something with the relic. Just stapling it onto the Hildy quest (which it has very little to do with, other than Godbert saying 'I have unravelled more of my families secrets!') is such a colossally lazy move.
>guys the combat is soooooo good >XIV has the best combat on the entire MMO market >it is so good I am using third party tools to make it more bearable!

Not that anon but it's common knowledge. Hell we even had teams disqualified from an official tournament for cheating.

I've done every piece of content the game has to offer without using even a single visual mod or addon.

It's true that a lot bot and cheat in ranked CC, but it's not cheating that will get you into top 100, it's wintrading.

Nevermind anon, you just gave out that you have no idea on what you're talking about yourself
>has no fricking clue what he's even talking about
nta but raidgays ARE cheaters. every single ultimate/savage tier we have a little shitfest because it turns out all the "hardcore" groups trying for world first are running addons that do all the heavy lifting for you.
Aight homie, whatever. See you here again when the next ultimate drops and every single group going for world first gets exposed for running cheats. Again.
I resubbed a few days ago, game seems more active than ever. >Instant Frontline Queues >PF full of groups
Whatever drama this is, doesn't seem to actually be effecting the game or my experience with it, so whatever.
Just seems like like a bunch of grifters are seething because their wowexodus bubble metrics are tanking.
I noticed that if anything the community of the game gets better when content creators aren't in the game. Look at RichCampbell another Asmongold grifter how and that played out. People really want the game full of people like that?
Give me SB comfy levels any day of the week.
Because they're grifting, they do this same shit every single dead patch. Every content creator said how shit bozja was and how bad and filler the zenos towers felt compared to based omega shinryu and no PoTD
In SB people complained about heaven on high being the same shit as base PoTD and eureka being gated by discord gays compared to heavensward which was giga based.
Then we had people for heansward we had the entire drama about savages being too fricking difficult and breaking statics. Alliance raids being too hard, flying being meaningless, the skip soar drama.
Everything for content creators is the "worst thing to ever happen to the game" because they're abject morons. Only thing they have a point about is jobs being shit.
you have to be an absolutely tasteless moron to simp for yshtola
she's been with us for 5 expansions now and somehow still has personality and character development of a crayon
she's literally a Zero tier character in disguise
Kek'd but I'll just say fundamentally for ff14 Asmon is wrong and what's more he should know better as he has seen the Noclip documentary that explained why ff14 is the way it is.
They did have super high fidelity graphics, open zones that you could traverse from area to area with no loading screens, they did all of that and the game was a complete failure. 1.0.
So comparing the two games, it's completely redundant.
They are both MMO's, you could say they are the same genre but they are not even remotely the same type of game.
I'll prove this using an example people can understand.
Take for example Call of Duty Modern warfare 1 and 2 and Battlefield 3 and 4.
The two franchises are both fps games, they both have modern settings, fast time to kill, modern weapons, they look similar, but you would be completely wrong to compare them because they do not have the same design philosophy. From an outsiders perspective they both look incredibly similar games, but if you know and have deep knowledge about those games you soon be thinking whoever is comparing them is an idiot.
One has large 64 player combat the other the max is 18, one has vehicles the other does not, one has killstreaks the other does not, one has small maps but allow for fast paced lane fighting the other has large open areas that allow for vehicular combat.
The point is, just because WoW and ff14 are both mmos, that play similar sometimes, have similar traits and share similar aspects they are not and will never be seriously comparable.
>They did have super high fidelity graphics, open zones that you could traverse from area to area with no loading screens, they did all of that and the game was a complete failure. 1.0.
Cool. ARR is a success, and has been one for years. If WoW could afford to revamp a lot of its graphics and earlier zones to be more modern (for the time), so can ARR.
framer's kit, fat cat parasol if you care about exclusive rewards, buy a bunch of fat cats or samurai bardings to sell later if you don't. buy the emotes if you don't feel like spending 200k on /sweep
Can't wait for the big reveal that the dude traveling with us in the alliance content that conveniently found the route to the gods is secretly the 13th god, because who didn't see that coming a mile away.
the game lost the covid boost where people stayed indoors playing MMOs as a time killer, and endwalker fricked around too much with cutting corners and trying to underbake content hard. it's not anywhere near dead unless Square suddenly loses their collective shit at random, but dawntrail needs to do a lot better than their laziness right now.
As a new player, I want to run older extreme/savage content sync'd to get a better experience, I know it won't be the same as release but it's better than unsync'd stomping. Is this a good idea? How long would it take?
I see parties in PF doing old content at min ilvl, no echo, etc. Not very often though.
It can't be all trannies though, is it? Assuming I found a decent party, would it take a huge amount of time or is it something one can reasonably do on the side? I'm fine doing it without min ilvl if it speeds things up a bit
i don't know about the other anon but i never see people doing old stuff sync. I think you need to find them on discord for sure. The trannies were a joke but it'll take a while to find people tho.
The best way to go about it is to be a part of a community or have enough friends to ask to go do it with you in a non static scenario. Many long time raiders really enjoy teaching friends the old fights.
It's way more fun than stomping the content but it's hard as frick to find people willing to do it and the few that are willing are very rarely willing to stick around for more than a few attempts so if you wipe more than 2-4 times (somehow) half or more of your group is just going to call it quits.
Making old content completely soloable with no downsides was a mistake
>The best way to go about it is to be a part of a community or have enough friends
Well looks like that will be the real difficulty spike then, I'll see if I can find anything
The best way to go about it is to be a part of a community or have enough friends to ask to go do it with you in a non static scenario. Many long time raiders really enjoy teaching friends the old fights.
Anon, if you were to believe everything Ganker claims about trannies, then there would be no videogame players left who aren't troons, yourself included. Get over the fear of bogeymen, and just play the game how you see fit. And to the inevitable "UR A TROON" responses I'll get, suck my fat wiener. There aren't as many trannies in the world as your bizarre frickin paranoia tells you there are. It's just unfortunate that the ones that DO exist, are so obnoxiously fricking loud about it.
There are quite a few basket cases in the XIV community though, there aren't many but the few that does actually exist are so loud and obnoxious that they take up the same mental space as 10 people
>TFW I remember more than half of the people on my blacklist and why they are on there but I don't even remember what job the tank in my last dungeon run was playing.
The game has streamlined all social interaction to the point where I can only remember the people I disliked enough to put in a shitlist and the few people on my data centre that were willing to do BLU raids with me
Obviously I don't believe trannies are literally everywhere but XIV does have a certain reputation. Doesn't help that the first thing I saw when I was invited to the Novice Network was someone asking for bawd glam recs
>asking for bawd glam recs
Anon... I want my bun to look like top tier fap material on occasion. That doesn't make me a troon, that makes me a straight man who likes breasts and ass. Ganker has rotted your mind on this topic as well.

Depends on how the void storyline ends, they usually tease things through the rising and the only teaser there was something big was about to happen and push the world into a new era but who the frick knows how they'll manage to do that with only half a patch remaining. It's also awkward not having the story resolved before seeing the next expansion, even stranger due to the next expansion being thematically as far away as possible from the void storyline.
Thank you. Shadowbringers was the barebones xpac and fanboys hid behind covid. Endwalker and Dawntrail will follow suit because the devs know they can get away with it because the fanbase calls Shadowbringers the best expac.
Do we even know this gay hates XIV? he's been doing this shit since heavensward at least. It has to be a mod or something right? or do they just like watching us seethe?
Imagine a Ultimate version of the 13th fights years from now where in the final stage after beating Zeromus Zero gets absorbed Giving us the Easy Type/EG Zeromus as with Zero in the place of the Elf
>want to make a saber casual cosplay out of boredom >there's fricking no normal long-sleeve shirts or anything in the game that aren't incredibly off-looking, or they're the medieval nobility/explorer type of shit
so much for that
Casual. I use the Agrias armor for the armored look. There's like next to no good modded hair with ahoges that aren't buggy or super off the mark either
your life
i had my own mansion, still kinda pissed its gone
yes someone who bought a house 8 years ago and has not played since should still have his plot. houses would be even more rare if this system didnt exist.
If Yoshi trully bealive what he says then the houses should be on auto demo on like 3-4 months wich is the time a new patch comes.
He's not your friend, anon. The sooner you realize the better.
Umm, just as long as any FC member is online there should be no problem...
Oh you had a personal house? Good, they should get rid of it and make it FC only.
>houses have limited real-world space
Why did the asiatics not make houses entirely instanced? Wildstar had this fricking figured out ages ago.
they wanted people to hang out in the neighborhoods and visit each other's houses and shit like that
imagine having to literally pay rent for your bing bing wahoo apartment
You don't have to pay rent for apartments, only for houses.
Storygays unsubbed en-masse after the patch MSQ failed to keep their interest after the "ending".
Hardcoregays unsubbed because of no content.
The only people left are RPgays.
>Ishgard Housing
Launched Broken, took a month to fix, filled in 2 cycles, never talked about again
>Island Sanctuary
Literal spreadsheet simulator with no customization where the gameplay is right clicking on stuff
>Criterion
Even more savage content, which is frankly oversaturated by the actual savage tier and ultimates, very few will even want to prog it
>Variant Dungeons
Neat lore dumps, no replayability, variant actions very restrictive and boring
>Eureka Orthos
Slow slog of a deep dungeon that misses the appeal of HoH and PoTD, simeltanously too easy, but too time consuming due to bloated hp values.
Bonus:
>Portrait system & Adventure plates
The fricking beta version worked better than the release version
>New Housing wards!
Filled everywhere that matters in like 2 cycles
>Data Center Travel
killed Primal and Crystal, and basically guaranteed Dynamis will never grow into anything. Aether is the only server that matters now
and people will say this isn't the worst expansion
Housing
>Launched Broken
Quick rundown?
Literally couldn't buy any house because the new lottery system was broken.
lottery system was busted at launch, got patched relatively quickly
>new system implemented to buy a plot is a lottery
>you pay the amount required to participate in the lottery, and internally, every participant is given a number ranging from 1 to the number of participants
>game picks a random number to win the plot, everyone who loses gets a refund
>somehow the system could pick 0 as a winning number which means nobody got the house, and even worse, you could not get a refund sometimes
Their seamonkey coders had a nullpoint exception error in their code that they didn't even test-run.
Um but 3.1!!!!
Also the worst fricking combat for any expac
>every class in a role plays the same but with different animations
Dungeons
>Neat lore dumps, no replayability, variant actions very restrictive and boring
I think it says a lot that Variants are literally able to be soloed when playing casually, or with any party composition that can switch jobs as they please. There's no expectation of challenge despite them throwing some neat boss fights in there, they just want people to finish it; you could really experiment with the idea by having Role-specific shit and running interweaving paths instead of all players stuck to one, but instead the bump up to Crit just turns it into a generic dungeon entirely. I know 14 has spaghetti code but EW really took the lowest common denominator at every turn with this shit.
>right on every point
>even remembers the major ishgard housing frick up
I should save this is a copypasta to remind ffxiv cultist what endwalker is really all about
you forgot
pvp only mattering the very first season of it, everyone then fricked off
people hoped they would address cheaters/boosters - cheaters became more rampant. boosters disappeared because rewards garbage
las vegas fanfest 2 booths in an entire rented space, lines not managed, spread covid by a moron
complete the dungeon and don't even get a t-shirt like used too
on another note
I think the raiders mostly quit because of plugins. plugins dimish any sense of achievement knowing that it is solved content.
plugins existing made raiding entirely do not make any mistakes, do it as fast as possible, then frick off because week 1 is all that mattered and it's a casual game haha :), go do something else!
while all 8 are using garbage, none will admit it because will get social ostracized, too afraid to make friends because never know when need to instantly leave static for another one over someone having a melty then being associated as their friend so you aren't invited into shit in the future.
datacenter travel fricked this game up hard.
How to make DT postgame good
>New Eureka-like zone, somewhere between Eureka and Bozja in terms or lenght maybe. Have the raids be accesible from duty finder
>Relic not handed down, maybe not lock it behind the "Eureka zone" but make it so that you can ALSO upgrade it that way along with other tasks
>Less cutscenes, more gameplay, or at least make the cutscenes a bit more fun, not "character standing while you listen"
What else, bros?
give tanks/healers more spice and variety of abilities, like conditionals, more skills that interact with other skills, etc. Link 2 players to mitigate them and heals upon break or expire or placeable thing on ground that has 1 aoe effect, place a 2nd one that has another effect on top or a different one all together, and then a 3rd one... maybe for more damage? idk.
Any ideas?
>Killed Crystal
Just end me
>You fricked up by being in crystal
How was I supposed to know years ago? Now I have a full FC and a house, not going away without my squad
"killed crystal" is an outright lie anon-fampai, datacenter is still far and away the most populous in the game. dynamis was made for xbox rapefugees and to cope with further playerbase increases
>>Data Center Travel
>killed Primal and Crysta
How? Havent played in a while and i play on Primal, did something happened?
No he's just seething that he sees <<Traveler>> sometimes in his parties.
>Variant Dungeons
how is it meant to work in a party when choosing routes? won't you feel annoyed if you choose a route when solo and then in party they just choose the same route anyway?
everyone stands on the circles, or enough people stand on one long enough if I remember right. of course you better hope that certain secret path conditions are recognized by everyone ahead of time
It sounds like it'd take longer to unlock all of the story in party (unless premade) than it would to go solo.
considering the damage scales to the player count, arguably yes. i still don't have the mountain true end because players were infrequent, got the same couple of paths over and over, and i didn't feel like looking up a guide to do it by myself.
In random order:
>Yellow quests are completely fricking pointless and has been pointless since they bumped the EXP gain from MSQ so that you never have to touch any other content to reach max level. Their only use now is as lore dumps but 90% of them are even shit at that, they might as well just stop making more
>Tanking and healing being completely gutted didn't fix shit and now people don't play either because they are both BORING instead of being "B-but muh tanxiety ;(". The small bump in activity after the reworks wasn't worth it
>Fates are completely pointless except for mount/chevos/glam and gil, which are all equally pointless as each one of these things have had their value hollowed out over the years
>Dungeons all being simplified down to boss rushes with mandatory stops every 20-30 sec fricking sucks
>Crafting being simplified down to only meeting number requirement on your gear and spamming the same 3 buttons over and over again fricking sucks
Video games, stupid homosexual, VIDEO GAMES.
>Final Fantasy isn't video games
No content, dwindling quality with longer patches, more cash shop updates than game updates while the sparse content such as criterion has no rewards.
Gathering of the punchable face clan?
Should I resub lads? Only played 6.0 pretty much, none of the raids or alliance raids
Pandaemonium story is surprisingly strong
Alliance raid ehhhh I'll wait to see how it ends tomorrow before I pass judgment on it, but the first two have cool setpieces
Hyadain made the remix for one of the story trials/EX trials
>yoshi p announces gameplay featurrs for savage raiding
>little applause
>announces 2 dye system
>uproar of applause
He even mentioned how he felt a little irked at this lmao. He probably isnt going to give a shit after DT drops and will be asking to work on other projects soon as he doesnt have to do much to entertain this playerbase further.
yoshida would be moronic to give up creative lead role of one of the world's most popular MMORPGs, he just misjudged who the hell is actually gonna spend money to attend a fan-festival, especially when the US one is ALWAYS sparse on any actual info
WoW is going to dethrone FFXIV as Christ Metzen is back at the helm. FFsissies will be on suicide watch soon.
sorry lad i'd normally shill for WoW ironically too but things are BAHAHAHAAAAAD if chris metzen is being asked to come back
Literally all they have to do is get rid of the artifact grind shit and undo the pruning. Those are the two massive things holding back modern wow.
anon they already depruned most classes and dragonflight doesn't have artifact/azerite/covenant grinding
Woah are you saying the casual playerbase is larger than the hardcore playerbase? That's crazy, dude.
What other observations have you made?
Reason why the game is trash, the casuals don't do anything besides pay $15 to textfrick each other.
>the casuals don't do anything
What is there to even do besides raiding? Casual content is, what, Roulettes and grinding out MGP? Endless hunt trains? Old content that is so solved it's relegated to scheduled outings via Discord?
Adventuring Forays. Which we DIDN'T get. Savage raiding is fun, but is moronic because you are locked out expected to return every week for eight weeks to obtain BiS if that is your thing. Savage raids shouldn't have weekly lockouts because majority of the playerbase don't even savage raid. Stop punishing people who savage raid.
If I was subbed right now I would login to show you I capped all my Shared FATEs.
Literally why do we always have to re-do this argument, Ganker is so fricking schizophrenic about whether they like exploratory content or not.
>Stop punishing people who savage raid.
No other demographic has been catered more to than Savage raider this expansion. Saying you are "punished" is a fricking joke. They even add upgrade shit to Criterion (Savage) now to entice you to give this -explicitly made for raider content- a try.
>Savage raiding is fun
It isn't, there's nothing fun about body check progs.
progs are fun, farming them isn't.
>wiping for hours on end with moronic subhumans that cannot tell right from left is fun
No. Bozja duels were fun, because there it's all on you.
>etarded subhumans that cannot tell right from left
that's the problem. why would anyone stick with an inconsistent group.
Though, I too was losing enjoyment until i joined a static that was on my level of skill
I haven't the luxury of being able to follow a static schedule and I prefer to play at my own pace anyway, which is why I have to put up with PF.
>decide to start savage raiding
>p3s prog
>in the first 6:30 minutes of the fight literally nothing of difficulty happens
>suddenly you get a diarrhea of moronic QTE-tier mechanics dropped at you on the same time, needed to be solved in record time, if one person fricks up the whole party dies
>die
>have to endure 6 more minutes before getting to that mechanic
>die at it
>6 more minutes to prog
>die at it
>6 more~
This is why people say that the raids in this game have artificial difficulty mislaid in them. Ultimates take this to an absolute extreme, making you suffer up to 15 minutes just to get to the mechanic you actually need to prog
Endgame raids would be fricking yoshipiss shit easy if they implemented like a practice mode with checkpoints
But that would never happen. And ffxiv cultist would defend this.
I stopped raiding after a while anyway
Legitimate skill issue, stay away from MMOs.
anon, I...
That's what progging a fight in a MMO is like, you were filtered by it, that's not the games fault.
Hell if you played older pre-2004 MMOs you might have to fight a boss for TWO HOURS only to wipe and not have another chance to fight it for months.
>tfw L2 Antares/Valakas fights where you not only had to fight the boss but also every single clanhomosexual and their cohorts that wanted to kill you so that they could kill the boss instead
Zoomies really have no fricking idea how easy they're having it, just sitting in an instanced area where they can jerk off their prog forever.
My homie...why are we still here...why do we yet live when our death is long due.
W E C O N T I N U E
Das it. Das what it always was.
>when I see someone describe their 3 hours a day 3 days a week raid group as hardcore
What happened to people to make them so weak?
Everyone can't be a neet or a kid forever, anon.
The internet changed. It's full of normalgays now. I don't want to talk to these people.
>pre-2004 MMOs
oh, the puzzle has assembled at last
Maybe it's not me the one that has to stay away from MMOs, maybe it's you the one that should go play Ultima online or something instead of plaguing modern MMOs with outdated game design, which FFXIV is full off
>but is moronic because you are locked out expected to return every week for eight weeks to obtain BiS if that is your thing.
Deal with it. They put a lot of money into that content that a minority do, they're damn well going to milk you for two months of sub fees at the minimum.
Yoshida hasn't given a shit for a long time already. The sooner he steps down the better.
I mean he's seen the numbers he probably knows most players he sees/meets have never cleared savage lol.
No exploration zone and cateting exclusively to raid and second life trannies.
>exclusively to
>raid and second life trannies
"exclusively to both the casual end and the hardcore end"
moron
Go afk in Limsa, homosexual.
for me it was because the game was too hard. normal modes and 24m were way too punishing
The game does look terrible and plays like shit in great part to jobs being garbage.
He's not wrong. The game looks great if you just came from WoW, but its painfully dated by any other modern standard like New World and Blue Protocol.
>Graphics should be shit because I say so
kys cultist.
>my game has a shitty art direction so I'll use very detailed graphics to hide it
you don't need shit graphics if you have a solid artstyle
now go wipe your ass with sandpaper, Barry
PSO2NGS took a massive leap in graphics over PSO2. In the end it didn't help the game whatsoever when everything else took a hit for it, and player counts dropped hard in Japan even before controversies because PSO2 was a very popular net cafe game; the NGS launch kneecapped that with much higher system requirements for a country not big into modern PC gaming in the first place, so it backfired hard.
This, artstyle is what matters, pushing graphics higher just for the sake of doing it is not what MMO players want.
No, I don't want my GPU whirring at 90% for 8 straight hours.
>but its painfully dated by any other modern standard like New World and Blue Protocol.
Anon, both of those games are a very different type of standard, both of them total absolute dogshit and kneecapped by executive decisions.
Is it feasible to make an engine that looks as good as New World but can run on the same hardware that FFXIV runs on?
>It literally doesn't matter what the game looks like.
it does to most people
I provided you an example of why graphics don't matter of why an antiquated game that is so low poly due to engine limitations is still popular. They don't matter, tell me why they matter in an MMO? Explain your reasoning with examples.
Artstyle =/= Graphics
I'm actually surprised that in 2023 that WoW is still somehow not on consoles, everyone knows that's where the easy money is but it must be literally impossible for them to figure out how to port it.
>stated in interview that a single Boss battle of ff16 took 8months of development time over 4 studios
where? sounds interesting
>
>It literally doesn't matter what the game looks like.
I would have said an artistic coherency is important to maintain, otherwise you end up like a visual mess. And now they released shit like this which I need to mod out to make the game look bearable again.
Theoderic we both know you have nothing else but this game. You will seethe into your death. For free. Meanwhile people will continue to enjoy the game and be catered to.
>fat neckbeard c**t that doesn't leave his mom's basement think this is what zoomers wear because he never goes outside
Black person you're moronic
that's futurewear
that's like an early 2000s shit
if anything, that's millennial wear
To be fair to the trancer, that's more like sentai gear when the sentai aren't transformed. Which is technically zoomer gear.
That's is artistic coherent, it's Allagan casual wear. We have Allagan armor, that is Allagan casual wear.
They need to fire the b***h in charge of the glamour in the game, man.

People told me this about Monster Hunter but when I save-edited my hoonter into a girl I thought all the armors looked like shit compared to the male counterparts.
Go on go play New World then. Yeah, i thought so.

There is no way anyonw is still playing this dead game
Honestly?
It's outdated.
Total mogtome haul for this patch cycle. Should be worth a good few mil gil in a few months.
Man, the way Asmon copes over FFXIV slowly killing WoW is just hilarious.
>what went wrong?
Turns out relying on WoW being complete shit only really works to attract new players, your game actually needs to be good to keep said players.
And no ff14 trannies I'm not saying they are back playing WoW I'm saying they all moved on from MMOs
>need to render seven fricktillion characters, objects, and NPCs/monsters at once because your game is massively multiplayer

Seeing this shit game die and the remaining shills becoming increasingly desperate makes me very happy
The narrative around the game right now is that its dead, it looks like shit and it plays like shit
"narrative" implies purposeful lying
0.1 crysta have been added to your mogstation account
>PLD learns his first offensive spell at level sixty fricking four
Why does this game hate new players so much?
Paladin learning offensive magic in general is outside series norms, hence it goes at a later level
to be fair in this case judging by JP it's basically a mystic knight rather than strictly a paladin, so really it's just them shifting from knight after taking two damn expansions
It's just a bit broader in scope since it's an MMO and not a turn-based game, hell Red Mage wouldn't have access to Holy or Flare otherwise. Strictly speaking if Paladin followed series conventions it'd get more sword moves instead of more magic beyond Clemency ("Cura")
>mystic knight
>I'm pretty sure Sage was only chosen as a name because it was an FF4 reference in an expansion packed full of 'em
I mean, people associate Sage more with FF3's endgame class I thought, more than FF4's Tellah.
Westerners much less so since we didn't get FF3 until the DS and PSP, and even then through a remake. Tellah was the first Sage to hit English speaking shores
I dont care what anyone says, i fricking love X2.
They can come up with any bullshit they want to justify job X doing ability Y
The problem isn't the classes being too vague, it's the developers being incompetent to the point they can't do shit in their game apart from occasional quests and armor
What does it matter if your potency button has the magic or physical attribute?

He said he had to play the Blue Protocol beta using a Japanese VPN and even that felt smoother
30k people were shitting on FF live and laughing at it
i've never watched asmon or zepla or xeno or any of these people so walking into xiv talks and seeing people freaking out over their opinions is a weird feeling.
Its a wowbuck thing
This patch gives
>7 (less than usual) MSQ quests
>one 24 man raid
>island update
And that is it. I don't care if they chop it up into a .51 or .55, the quality of the EW patches has been awful.
That will be $13 + tip + q quick snip and off goes your entire dick

SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP DELETE THIS YOU'RE RUINING MY DOOMPOSTING
Are you saying this game was shit even back on ShB?
I've always hated that they started dividing up patches because of homosexuals that cried about having too many things to do and feeling rushed. Now we get content that lasts a day and its a 2-3 month wait for the second half of the patch.
Hasn't been worth subbing for a .X patch in years. Better to just wait until the .X5 or wait for multiple .X patches to pass before resubbing.
"FF14 is dead!" - people who don't play ff14
50% of the complaining about the state of the game could have been quelled if they actually did something with the relic. Just stapling it onto the Hildy quest (which it has very little to do with, other than Godbert saying 'I have unravelled more of my families secrets!') is such a colossally lazy move.
Why did the homosexual Black person Desperius the Desperate use shaders and filters in his video if the game looks good?
literally who?
The soi in the OP between the 2 bald morons

Why are you not currently grinding mog tomes? You only have a few hours left.
>guys the combat is soooooo good
>XIV has the best combat on the entire MMO market
>it is so good I am using third party tools to make it more bearable!
name an mmo game with a good combat
wows combat is way better than XIV
shit XI's combat is more enjoyable than the utter shit that we have to eat in EW
oh no anon...
What does the UI have to do with combat responsiveness? Are you braindead?
pretty sure his point was that WoW got hijacked by addon users and raids and shit started getting scaled with those addons in mind as a race of absolute dogshit
Everyone cheats in ffxiv, both in pvp and pve and a large segment of players use mods
What is your point?
>Everyone
Source?
Try to play ranked CC
Even ultimate raiders are getting outed as being cheaters
And why wouldnt people cheat or hack? Square doesnt give a shit, they let people frick with their engine however they like
You said "everyone" is cheating, substantiate your claims.
Black person just a few threads ago people were sharing a bot for island sanctuary
Nobody wants to actually play this dogshit, everyone is in to jack off
>people have a bot to deal with the island sanctuary grind
>this means they bot everything
Yes?
>grind
>set up animals, workshop, granary and collect one new rank every week after logging in every once in a while together with 30k cowries
There is no grind. Only morons that don't respect their time grind in increments of 10 exp by right clicking until they fill out 14k. You can spend 30 minutes catching a few basic animals, gathering some base materials and setting up a simple workshop rotation of brush>knife>shield>claw and be set for life.
Ok.
So why aren't you jacking off too
You clearly don't have the self-respect necessary to not argue for hours in threads about games you don't like, so you have no wiggle-room here to say you're above jerking off or playing a coom game
I am here to laugh at you. I will not touch this shit game ever again because it had foundational problems like netcode and job design that square refuses to fix
So in the meantime, I will just watch as you sink with the ship
And the rapidly declining playerbase proves me right
You went from "only people jacking off to this game play it" to "foundational problems" at the drop of a hat
Those 2 statements complement each other. Nobody plays this dogshit for the gameplay because jobs and netcode are ass
People boot up this garbage with a plethora of mods and jerk off or gpose to avatargay here or on twitter/discord
The foundational problem of all your posts is you're too good for the game but not too good to not b***h about it all day and therefore you're silly
>incoherent rambling
I think we are done here
This was an even faster bow-out and cuck-out than I anticipated
You lost the moment you made this personal, since you cant disagree with anything I have said
If you don't play the game what gievs you the foresight to be able to explain to us why others play the game?
Not that anon but it's common knowledge. Hell we even had teams disqualified from an official tournament for cheating.
>it's common knowledge
Among who?
People who play this game regulary? Are you new?
I think you're making things up.
i do know what he's talking about but by "we" he means /vg/ did that, that one /vg/ premade with a roe named teapot sniffer in it
I've done every piece of content the game has to offer without using even a single visual mod or addon.
Sorry bud.
It's true that a lot bot and cheat in ranked CC, but it's not cheating that will get you into top 100, it's wintrading.
Nevermind anon, you just gave out that you have no idea on what you're talking about yourself
wildstar
TERA's was good imo.
I honestly agree, shame about the grinding.
Isn't ACT a DPS meter reader/ state display though?
There are tons of addons that solve mechanics for you on that. I think its called Catcbot.
Ok, but that's clearly just a link to https://github.com/ravahn/FFXIV_ACT_Plugin/releases
What's your point?
yes
the guy that seethes every thread about how all raidloggers are cheaters has no fricking clue what he's even talking about
>has no fricking clue what he's even talking about
nta but raidgays ARE cheaters. every single ultimate/savage tier we have a little shitfest because it turns out all the "hardcore" groups trying for world first are running addons that do all the heavy lifting for you.
>nta but (stupid opinion)
All I did was make a statement of fact.
Aight homie, whatever. See you here again when the next ultimate drops and every single group going for world first gets exposed for running cheats. Again.
its also used to run some mods like cactbot
You can use ACT to automate game actions. There used to be a shitty autocrafter that ran through it. But that's been outdated for years.
I resubbed a few days ago, game seems more active than ever.
>Instant Frontline Queues
>PF full of groups

WOW LOOKS FRICKING AMAZING AND NOT ALL LIKE PLAYDOUGH
The point is, just because WoW and ff14 are both mmos, that play similar sometimes, have similar traits and share similar aspects they are not and will never be seriously comparable.
plus he's mazed, and the MMO he's unspokenly batting for by complaining FFXIV looks like dog-shit is objectively worse on character models and gear
The guy does what he does for clickbait, he hates WoW one week then the next he's batting for it being the best game of all time.
It is. 7.0.
>ARR is a success, and has been one for years

No, he isn't the 13th god
it's the monkey
lads is ffxiv on its downward slope now? is Endwalker our WoD? why are mmos like this?
the game lost the covid boost where people stayed indoors playing MMOs as a time killer, and endwalker fricked around too much with cutting corners and trying to underbake content hard. it's not anywhere near dead unless Square suddenly loses their collective shit at random, but dawntrail needs to do a lot better than their laziness right now.
Catering to the raidgays is ruining the game, same shit happens with every fricking MMO.
YSTHOLA ISNT IN THE FIRST moronS. ITS ZERO AND RYNE.
i'm wondering what the excuse is for Zero doing this shit. "oh you crossed from the void so easily because you're a voidsent, it should be easy"
WOULD BE COOL IF REAPER JOB CLASS MATTERED OR OUR VOID SENT THAT DOESNT TALK TO US IN THE VOID.
FRICK YOU HIROI YOU HACK.
How is it Hiroi's fault the Reaper Job Quests sucked and did not give your voidsent any origin?
She's a soul with no body, she can go literally anywhere.
They don't need an excuse you moron. She is a voidsent.
As a new player, I want to run older extreme/savage content sync'd to get a better experience, I know it won't be the same as release but it's better than unsync'd stomping. Is this a good idea? How long would it take?
>he thinks he will find a party to do old shit sync
I hope you already have discord installed and like to talk to trannies, anon. I'm not joking.
There are quite a few basket cases in the XIV community though, there aren't many but the few that does actually exist are so loud and obnoxious that they take up the same mental space as 10 people
That is indeed what I was referring to, yes.
Nah, you could tell they weren't that type of degenerate.
I see parties in PF doing old content at min ilvl, no echo, etc. Not very often though.
>KILL ZEROMUS

Depends on how the void storyline ends, they usually tease things through the rising and the only teaser there was something big was about to happen and push the world into a new era but who the frick knows how they'll manage to do that with only half a patch remaining. It's also awkward not having the story resolved before seeing the next expansion, even stranger due to the next expansion being thematically as far away as possible from the void storyline.

Thank you. Shadowbringers was the barebones xpac and fanboys hid behind covid. Endwalker and Dawntrail will follow suit because the devs know they can get away with it because the fanbase calls Shadowbringers the best expac.

fricking moronic.
the best is when janitors have a slapfight about it and set a thread to be bumping again
Do we even know this gay hates XIV? he's been doing this shit since heavensward at least. It has to be a mod or something right? or do they just like watching us seethe?
At least they didn't outright delete the thread like they've been doing again for the past few days.
