Frankly the way dev schedule works for this game, I wouldn't be surprised if XVI and its DLC took up a large chunk of CBU3's focus during Endwalker and by the time they were wrapping that stuff up, Dawntrail was already on the horizon, hence the fuller content suite and graphics update that expansion's getting.

Here's one of the problems with the story. Voidsent can't be numb. They're astrally-aspected. Every single other voidsent is intensely emotional and filled with unstoppable drive for that reason. Zero acts more like a sin eater.

It's the whole point of Zero that she's really autistic in my opinion, coupled with her being an attempt at a dark Vauthry and needing to be corrupted by Fandaniel to completely become a voidsent she's resistant to Dark's effects and remains bizarrely apathetic and resistant to new concepts relative to other voidsent
Between this and being purified by light on two occasions, once by Hydaelyn's crystal and the other by sticking a drinking straw into the frozen Flood of Light, I think the point is she is naturally disposed to light and therefore apathy, emotional neutrality and incuriosity, despite the circumstances of her birth and she is thus an extremely unreliable narrator where voidsent nature or even where the Void is concerned, hence she doesn't seem to fricking get it when basic concepts like "Farfarello and Whatshisface are friends" or "selflessness and altruism" are introduced to her for the sixth time even when she's in the middle of engaging in such behavior and activities

I think the texas stuff you mentioned is part of Urqopacha area and that there are 2 distinct tropical zones, one is Yak'Tel and the other is an inland zone with the mountain, so the order would go

Hermes didn't directly cause the Final Days. He thought he might find an answer to his problem in other worlds. The Final Days were caused by the Dead Ends collecting into the Meteion network, and I hope I don't need to remind you that one of those Dead Ends was a society of giants living in paradise who could conjure anything they wanted and reached the point where they decided they should just kill themselves. Hermes couldn't have stopped Endsinger if he wanted, but his decision to let that single Meteion get away was about forcing the Ancients to realize that life and death do indeed have value and they need to start respecting them. And he was right, because once death was no longer purely under their control they lost their shit.

He created a being capable of feeling, highly receptive and susceptible to emotions, and as we could see during the elpis event, very unstable, to the point you had to take her outside so she could calm herself

I know I should probably study up and do some of the harder fights, I've mostly only done Normal throughout the entire game and I've played for over 3k hours. But I'm finding now I have less time to dedicate to the game, studying for my degree now and work at the same time.

You don't need a static to savage most fights aren't hard enough to warrant one, you'll just find it harder to do the last floor.

The entire land was bathed in the aether of both Phoenix and Bahamut during the calamity. Anyone with access to a ssMn soul crystal can potentially summon avatars of both.
Those ones were chosen specifically because near everybody in Eorzea has been exposed to Bahamut and Phoenix aether in one way or another, whether because they were present at Carteneau to see Dalamud drop and Bahamut and Phoenix appear or because they were exposed to Bahamut and Phoenix's aether from Louisoix pumping the aether back into the land from piercing Bahamut and reversing the direction of the Twelve summoning spell. Theoretically everyone in Eorzea is capable of summoning Bahamut but they wouldn't be able to control it and the spell would kill them if they tried

No need, you already came into contact with Alexander's aether in ShB. Plus he unsummons himself in the distant past so his aether is already dispersed into the Lifestream.
