The Omega raid series is literally some of the best content in the game both story and gameplaywise so not being able to do the Ultimates is whatever when you have Alpha.

If you want the Ultimate experience put a blindfold on and que up for a Stormblood Normal Raid, it's about similar.

How is it still possible I can’t win a single one? It took me a year to get the triple triad card. That instance is a containment for all my bad luck because I got P12S mount on my first clear and I have won all the trial mounts through rolls too. Got Sunforged and Demo-Phoinix within 8 clears too.

The problem is when you queue a mentor roulette you can get from a sub-1 minute Under the Armor guildhest to a 90 minute duty failed Sephirot extreme nightmare, so sometimes you'll queue for a quick roulette expecting at most a 15 minute dungeon run and you just cba wasting 90 minutes with a moronic sprout PLD instantly chain pulling Ramuh EX with no intention of reading chat.
Always report mentors if they give you the slightest opportunity. These elitists can and will be reprimanded and locked out of the mentor system based on only a couple reports.

Yes. If you become a mentor, it's likely just to get the mentor mount with the barest minimum of effort.
I never have my crown on, except for when the game forces my battle crown on when I'm in Mentor roulette.
There's 5 main types of Mentors I see in the roulettes: 1) The kind that instantly leaves if they get an instance they don't like. 2) The kind that has a macro explaining it's better to use Party Finder for old EX trials (which it usually is, in fairness,) who stick around but will vote abandon as soon as they can. 3) The kind that is just... not great. They're either having a bad day or just never learned the mechanics, are playing distracted, or something. But they're effectively another sprout. 4) The kind that tries to explain all the mechanics and is generally talkative and cheery, while doing well at their role. And 5) The kind that doesn't say a word but does all the mechanics and does their role well.
I try to knock out about 5 Mentor roulettes a day, doing more if I get a lot of guildhests and outright stopping for the day the second time in a day I get Prae. I'm mostly quiet, just there to help out by doing whatever role I queued up for as best as I can. If the group is having problems, I try to explain mechanics and help them through. I've had a lot of Ramuh EX clears with less than 5 minutes left to go. While I understand the kind of mentor that says people should queue for stuff in Party Finder, I'm not the kind of person to just leave after I effectively agreed to help by queueing for Mentor.
It's sad, but I'd say around half the mentors in the roulette aren't there to help. I see plenty of roulettes with me and other mentors that stick around for the whole thing. But I see plenty of times in a Ramuh EX where a mentor leaves immediately, and when they're replaced the replacement leaves immediately as well.

I like playing lalafell. I have a tall Au Ra as well but goddamn, levelling both has been quite the experience. I love how Lalas sprint and it seems almost whimsical if you run with the limsa theme playing.
To be honest, I've played an MMO before called DCUO and ever since they introduced artifacts I got so fricking filtered cause I have no fricking clue where to go in that game anymore. Its also cause at high end content, the real elitists start showing up demanding not only high end gear, but SP grinding. Goddamn, it already takes a significant amount of effort to get SP for DCUO because you need achievements or "feats", and trust me, it takes at least 2 three star feats, 4 2 star feats and 10 1 star feats to get one point. It takes a month of grinding. Given the frame of the game nowadays, I wouldnt be surprised if the game mandated 500+ SP points. They tell you to feat farm with a league, most leagues are dead by the by or doing feats you likely already have. To be honest, is there a feat system in this game? Cause I dont wanna play 8t if it becomes a mandatory requirement.

You do that but in HoH 11 with Intuition + Concealment since that allows you to skip mobs and traps, also level 68 for extra DNC dashes if you're fancy. The most annoying part is getting the Concealment since it can only drop on floors 7 8 and 9 so you'll reset a few times, but once you've got a save you're set.

SAM in 630+ can easily solo. It actually gets worse with more people in P1 because you can early phase the boss before adds and just die.
I solo farmed it for the mount as DNC a few patches ago. Should be extremely easy as any dps with current gear.
