Island sanctuary is okay but limited by the very games operational systems. Criterion dungeon was a bit of a swing and a miss. Deep dungeon might be fun but I'm sick of the crystal tower at this point.

If the stack people on both sides are close enough to the boss, I think you can, the problem is the missiles when they have to go away but it does tickle damage so unless they frick up, there's enough time to heal them
Mostly trying to wrap it in my head when I need to actually do heals and shit. On the first mechanic with towers you only need to do one burst heal, and that's after #3 & 4 finished their tethers and max-HP wore. A Whispering Dawn or equivalent will cover everything else since the towers hit for 33k.
Then Panto hits and it looks like you want all the fricking shields/mitigation to make the 3-way splits do 45k or less damage, since that goes out four times in 28 seconds.

The only Ult that had tight DPS checks on sub-optimal comps was DSR, and that was due to certain jobs being absolutely fricked on crit variance (hi RDM), and certain jobs underperforming at the time (hi MCH/PLD/WAR).
ER UHRRR, wrong. Alexander ultimate was literally the tightest.
TEA was the easiest of the original three for my group to clear the DPS window on, didn't need to pot until last phase. DSR we were stuck potting on the regular on Wyrmhole to consistently pass that enrage check until the update arrived that upped our tank's potency a smidge.

my group cleared with a few suboptimal dps players using 5.3 bis and probably had around 10-15 seconds to spare on every dps check
except in other fights you can have fricktons of deaths during main uptime phases and perfect even 2 deaths probably screws you unless everyone else in your group was playing flawlessly, 1 if people aren't as good
It was mostly due to the early phases all having tons of downtime which meant every gauge generating job (RPR/MCH/RDM/WAR) was completely fricked in terms of damage. And PLD since it had a 35 second long opener which it just couldn't do

Casters have lower map HP and less physical defence. This usually isn't an issue because almost all raid wide AoEs are magic but this tier highlighted a specific case where RDM's lack of personal mitigation/shielding becomes a problem since (particularly in the early weeks) in P7S, if you were resolving War's Harvest with a short Minotaur tether (physical damage) and the RDM had to deal with it, they'd need a little extra or it would be a coin flip if they survived or not. This wouldn't be an issue with BLM/SMN since they could always toss an extra shield on themselves.
