I don't like wow but something I can say to respect it is it does areas far better than XIV. XIV's are basically movie set pieces, very linear and very lacking in grand scale.

I'm not sure, but the one of the flaws of FFXIV means that the "situational usage" of mudras isn't really important. A game like WoW could make those abilities more important, which I think would be interesting.
Same with AST cards, actually. I think I'd port AST and RDM too; AST for the same reason, and RDM just because they've got great flavor and animations.
I'd port over MNK too so that WoW could have a Monk spec that doesn't suck ass or have shitty talent trees or be propped up entirely in mythic+ because of touch of death.

Something like a shaman where you have planted buffs that linger in a certain spot might be interesting, you'd have to think about movement a bit more to pull it off but I'm sure people would minmax each fight in no time.

Yeah, I think Shaman would be one of my picks too. I think Druid kind of has a cool gimmick, and Hunter as a real pet class might be interesting too.

GW Necromancer, any minion master or spiteful spirit build specifically.
There is no boring set duration for minions but health degen instead so you can either fire and forget to deal extra damage and resummon later or maintain them through gameplay for as long as possible by providing healing.
Spiteful spirit is simply a matter of stacking debuffs so enemies kill themselves when attacking and I find that funny.
Not my favourites, but I want to mention Allods and the fun things that did with some classes. For example, their warrior class there was a pretty generic warrior, but it had a headbutt skill which scaled off of your helmet's stats, and a kick skill that scaled with your boots. The warlock was similar to WoW's warlock with pets and dots, but also got a couple of healing skills. Which cost blood to use, and you got more blood by throwing vampire bats at enemies.
Healers seemed like generic robe wearing pansies, but could spec into becoming basically warhammer's warrior-priests.
Not sure if any of that holds true anymore, apparently the game's seen some major overhauls at some point.

Wildwood elezen in Gridania, Ishgardian elezen from them, and duskwights. Duskwights were ones who dwelt in some underground shit in the Black shroud probably from a past calamity or just a past age. Highly discriminated against, more rare. Possibly the elezen type found in Ilsabard as there are some Ilsabardian Garlean elezen. Wildwoods just have the common culture of Gridania, while Ishgardian elezen are your high gothic architecture highly class-stratified based around:

Legitimately according to Yoshi-P, there are multiple Universes for each and every player of XIV. And in that Universe you can headcanon/roleplay as whatever you want. So if you want to be the Only WoL, you are. If you want to be in a relationship with an NPC, you are.
They aren't going to write or make any features regarding that, but they will accept it as canon for your Universe.

do you not understand how these two ideas might be connected you jackass? because it's challenging, it'll take you weeks while to actually finish the content unless you completely nolife it + you literally have to do it twice in order to get the mount because you can't do savage ASS before doing it normally. it personally took me about 8 full lockouts just to do the normal version, savage was faster since it's mostly the same mechanics just less forgiving.
if you don't do raiding content you have literally 0 use for a relic weapon except to show off to the limsa crowd because this game item level syncs you in roulettes and it hasn't had meaningful world content since fricking 2.0 when you had to grind fates in corethas just to level up classes.
