MCH usually beats the BLM in my static, because he keeps greeding stuff and dying/taking a dd. I hate that everyone is so bent out of shape about job balance when it only really affects the top 0.5% of players who are going for week 1/2 clears. Most players in savage have bigger issues than missing 10 potency on a few skills.

welcome to MMOs, you have new players steering clear of certain jobs for their "low dps" which while technically true in high end content (and even then, not by much) it doesn't affect the vast majority of shit they will be doing, especially when its been nearly a month since the tier dropped
MCH could use a buff (just let it buff/debuff like the other ranged like it used to) but anyone outside of early prog raiding has no reason to care, its not going to matter at all in normal raids and dungeons, in which case a well-played MCH will run circles around your average moron in the duty finder
Personally I love it, I just wish I had more mitigation tools available. It's impossible to get DPS players to mit and tanks are 50/50. I'd happily take full control over mitigation, that actually sounds like fun healer gameplay.
Thing is, the tier is less of a healer check and really just a raw mitigation check. Healing the tanks with off globals is a non issue if they're not doing dumb shit.

i mean sure you can do that but like tbn is always up like 90 years before the next tank buster, i don't think any drk is not using tbn for them. and raw mitigating the bleed will always been better than shielding it.

Savage attracts the worst community that loves to hang in their discords and be passive aggressive to anyone not in their clique. I gladly avoid the 2% of the player base so I can have a good time everywhere else in game.
The problem is healing is the healers job but mits are the party's job. Which no one does properly but you just healed the difference and called it a day
Now that healing is required if the team lacks in mits you end up not having the healing to cover the difference
