its a japanese game, they always have highly detailed food because they are all semi starving twinks and salarymen. Meanwhile in the west you get a food icon that just loooks like a hambone.

in some regards, they are even worse than Blizzard, since Blizzard, despite all the bullshit they pulled off, at least created a MMO which has at least really good Gameplay (in the way how engine and classes are designed) in comparison to FFXIV, or rather any MMO.
CBU3 only does the absolute bare minimum to that and FFXIV can only pray during fricking expansion releases (since they never make proper gameplay adjustments outside of hotfixing "critical" errors) that anything new gets added to that but that has yet to happen.

Are you trying to do coils? If you've finished msq you're probably level 90 so do them solo. Also if you are on NA/EU 8 man savage raids (and coils if you really want to do them as 8 man) are done exclusively in party finder don't queue up in DF. Other than coils you will probably be able to get into the normal version of 8 mans in DF but if it's taking a long time you could also put up a recruitment in PF just make sure to specify that you're doing normal.

Riding around in cash shop mounts always felt pretty tacky to me. I'd rather ride around on something that had to be earned in-game instead of some big billboard that screams "Yes, I am a whale". Sometimes I'll see someone with glam that's like 3-4 separate cash shop gearsets and all I can think of is good lord.
Only one I got was Cloud's bike because it was the only "motorcyle" at the time and I love them.
At least the cloud bike was fanfest reward first, then cash shop. This time there's nothing extra in the tickets
Apparently those items are also Fan Fest, the translation to English was scuffed.
Other way around, english said it was also part of fanfest, other languages said not.
They went out of their way to say that there were no ingame rewards for going to fanfest, I think these items are just being released in celebration of fanfest happening

I use a grand total of 3 mounts, the chocobo, the bunny from PvP reward I like its animations, and the lantern from Mt wienerkorn.
