You can get replicas for them if you trade them in for the first anima step too.
Start a HW relic, turn in your ARR one at the first step and you will perma unlock the replica vendor

They have a pattern in expansion patch cycles and they will not deviate from it once it has begun. Even if they see a better way they will wait until the next expansion cycle to even consider fixing an issue.
My problems with the game do not stem from their patch cycle. My problem stems from the fact that objectively, since Shadowbringers, Square Enix has charged people more money for worse content and less content overall. They have continued to fail to meet even the baseline of expectations they established for themselves and instead of the playerbase raising their concerns in the overall direction of the game and its ever increasing lack of polish, volume, and quality they are instead drowned out by fricking moron also-rans (and likely Shadowbabs) that tell people to shut up and consume this low-effort slop SE shits out now every 4 months.
Where the frick even is that polish that they said they really needed the extra dev time to develop? Because I don't see it. I've never seen a game go on such a consistent downward trend in terms of quality for as long as XIV and be rewarded for it.

Actually I was playing this game since 1.0. I played actively through every single expansion up until mid Shadowbringers where I noticed the downward trend. I came back for Endwalker to see if things could turn around, cleared the first raid tier in a week with a static set up by a friend and have quit this game again for the exact same reasons.

Oh I think what they did to the ancients overall was dogshit and ruined the climax of Shadowbringers for me. I thought the dilemma was interesting because in Shadowbringers they present the Ancients was just an objectively better people than current mortals in an objectively better society. Reframing everything as "actually everything had to happen because we needed to create a shittier people with secret sauce that is the key to defeating the true threat" ruined everything that made that earlier reveal compelling. I got my ending to this game and I have wiped my hands clean, I have no desire (especially in its current state) to support the game further with my money or time.

Thats isn't some special breed on Jap autism, the WoW devs are doing the exact same thing and it's one of the thing that has damaged WoW more than their insistence on every expansion being a "clean slate" for them.
While WoW was/is breaking every functional system in the game or abandoning it in favour of something worse most of the time, the XIV devs are sticking to their scripts as if is religious gospel, only changing course if what they are doing has an extremely clear negative impact on the game. There has to be some happy medium between the two, but not a single MMO dev has ever managed to reach it (yet)
It's because of development cycles. When a new patch comes out, they're usually so far in development on the next patch that it's almost impossible to change anything drastically, and if a major feature isn't getting good reception, it's way too late to develop some content on the fly to replace it, so they have to let it ride.
That is understandable, what isn't is how long standing bugs or code related gameplay issues are never fixed ASAP, it's only ever shit relating to the servers or to the cash shop/sub service.
Fixing the Holy spells not lighting up when you press Requiescat this patch shouldn't take two fricking weeks to implement, it should take at most 2 days, same goes for spelling errors or tooltips not being correct

For time efficiency do mobs that are the same level as you in groups of 4+. You can burst a group then freeze + ultravibration a second group to abuse the chain bonus. Ultra won't work on mobs above your level.

Have you been living under a fricking rock? The devs have dumbed the game down to the point where even ultracasual Limsa AFKers are complaning about it. The fact that run selling got so fricking bad that SE had to step in and update the ToS just to stop it should tell you everything you need to know about how much people like playing the game right now.
It was a big fricking mistake to take all gameplay complexity and lock it to the highest difficulty, it ended up turning the difficulty-curve into a difficulty cliff and it gives players no reason to even try since it's impossible to get a taste for it before you push yourself over the hurdle if players ever manage to get that far since the leveling experience has been getting worse at about the same rate as it has been getting faster

This is EU btw, the decline might not be as harsh on other servers since one other thing that I can point at is that more and more EU servers have been set to "preferred" status

once again private servers do it better, on the private server that wow stole the HC idea from when you hit max lvl you get an Immortal title and you can now play the endgame normally, since wow vanilla endgame in particular is dog shit for a hardcore format for reasons you listed + some of the raids just have trash that can 1 hit kill you randomly for no reason even if you're prepared for it to happen

S2 is always shit. The best times to play these games are at the start of an expansion and the very end regardless of what streamers say. Not usually. The main issue this season is that there's a severe lack of healers due to the current meta and since a healer is mandatory for each run, the amount of runs is severely limited. No one wants to heal when it's unfun and stressful but every group needs a healer. If they change things to encourage people to go healer again with S3 the numbers should go back up(You'll know if they did if you no longer see people posting them on Ganker).

It gets worse and worse every expansion because of pruning so even though that's how level sync has always worked, you're losing more and more kit each time and you wind up with situations where DRK had Dark Passenger, then they took it away for whatever reason, then effectively gave it back in the form of Shadowbringer but at a much higher level so while you could use Dark Passenger in Alex raids before, you cannot use it's equivalent there anymore.
Never, unless you manage to brainwash all players to unsub with you and demand changes
I guarantee there would be a lot more people doing old raids and trials if level syncing didnt take all their skills away

These are the paths for summon models and skeletons. Use textools to do a model swap of the monster you want into the summon it's replacing, and do a fileswap for the skeleton files. More recent monsters don't seem to have .skp files for some reason though so you can skip those.
And here's an example of the monster filepaths, just replace the 700 here with whatever the model number for the intended monster is.

The best part about the current system is that it isn't a system at all. It's literally just a difficulty modifier that is indirectly available to the players and this is a good thing. I would gladly trade the "perfect" balance in XIV to get some fricking onhit effects or some other random bullshit, before ShB and EW I would have argued against it but since you essentially pick a "role" and not a "job" when you level thanks to the game sharting exp in your general direction constantly, it's hard to not actually end up with atleast 2 jobs at max level by the time you are done with the MSQ so job balance is almost a non-issue thanks to that alone nowadays.
