Because Breath of the Wild had built a 30M strong fanbase for Tears of the Kingdom and launched as one of the greatest games of all time according to reviews.

I looked it up. It was the Platinum demo that showcased the use of Ramuh and had you running from a behemoth and using the brush and shrubs to hide from it until you got a good position on it.
It was by far the best demo I have ever played. The game played at half the resolution and frame rate and had 3 minute loading times per teleport.
The FF15 demo pissed me off a lot, along with the rest of the game. I'm sure it wasn't the intention but by the time I was done it really did feel like it was designed to try and trick you into thinking it was much larger than it actually was with the massive locations but then you get to Altissia and everything gets massively railroaded.
I'm just saying don't get your hopes up on this vertical slice of a game when they have done really good demos in the past that don't translate to the real game.

The FF15 demo pissed me off a lot, along with the rest of the game. I'm sure it wasn't the intention but by the time I was done it really did feel like it was designed to try and trick you into thinking it was much larger than it actually was with the massive locations but then you get to Altissia and everything gets massively railroaded.
