Mileage will vary, but I enjoyed Endwalker's raids more than the others.
omega is very good but alexander having a central theme (alex and alex related stuff) throughout 1-12 is better in that regard
Omega raids are kino and more interesting than Alexander imo
Eden is pretty boring but fighting the beefed up primals is cool
Pandeamonium is great too but only if you're invested in the ascians at that point
