I mean, all in all it seems the vast majority except the Final Fantasy mode ones will more or less naturally happen just by trying everything out and not just rushing through the game.
Even the FF mode one, it's basically NG+ so sure, it might be harder but you'll also be able to megafart and zantetsusken your way through most fodder anyway, so...
