As a ffxiv cultist like we are called here(i think ffxiv is the best FF and I played them all multiple times) I am disappointed in this game. I got the game a few days ago and just finished today.
The writing is worst than basically all of 14 except for ARR, I really don't know wtf happened here.the bad guy is the worst antagonist that cbu3 ever did.
For the music again it's probable the Weakest score soken did. Their are a few really good track but important moment in the story lack a good soundtrack a lot of the time.
the main mistake here was to limit soken to orchestra when he is way better when he doesn't have restrictions.(i know that he break the restrictions a few times in the game but that clearly not enough)
I really liked the gameplay .
Overhaul it's not really a bad game and it's way better than 13 and 15 but it's still way worse than heavensword, shadowbringer and endwalker and by quite a bit too.
