She's cruel and power hungry, looks down on men because of her drow heritage, so no male party members nor is she likely to back down or take orders from a man, racist/sense of superiority over other races, sides with whatever side is stronger or provides pathways to more power but has an unwavering loyalty to Lolth, quick to attack at even the faintest show of disrespect towards her or her faith
The only thing preventing her from being cartoonishly evil in my playthrough though is the fact that her first and foremost goal is to remove the tadpole and get back to her people the Underdark, so she understands that she needs to atleast cooperate since the surface is mostly alien to her and a sense of urgency which dissuades her from just killing everybody or faffing around.

i recently played it for about 20h and i had the opposite experience. full of bugs, some of them are major like quests breaking. some of them are unimplemented skills and equipment. i haven't played a d&d game in around 2 decades but i expected the game mechanics to be fully fleshed out. instead i get this reskinned dating sim for gays and would rather go search for the older d&d games again
After playing and loving BG3 I decided to play through BG1+2+ToB. Loved the characters, the world and how the dialogues were written. Locales were very pretty, especially in BG 2.
But man, the combat was such a fricking chore. I enjoyed about ~70% of BG2's combat, but BG1 and late game BG2+ToB were a mess. First game has insane amount of trash fights only a handfull of encounters were fun (I really like the 4 women adventuring party you meet in the wilderness after clearing out nashkel mines). In BG2 and ToB, every encounter with mages devolved into a dispel checklist.
Spellhold became my favorite CRPG dungeon ever. I fricking LOVED the riddles.

I haven't played him myself, but I've been told that he is someone with an uncontrollable urge to kill that he is consciously trying to suppress. You might wake up after a long rest and discover someone dead that you don't remember killing. I have heard from someone else who has beaten the game multiple times that it is the canon route.

Like sex is nice and all but it's far from what either incels or addicts behave like it is. In fact at least to me it's rather overrated. What I disliked in particular about the romance and sexual encounters in this game is that they just weren't very convincingly written. They were written in a way that I really can't describe any better than another guy itt put it, as if "the entire game is trying to suck my dick." Romance and sex feel unearned and cheap in this game.
I haven't actually played the tabletop game but have played a couple of other video games set in D&D settings, and from what I hear Ed Greenwood was a bit of a pervert himself (he was a swinger and canonically established that polyamory is the norm in Faerun), so although the sexuality in this game does approach boner comedy levels pretty often I have to wonder if that isn't inadvertently true to the creator of the setting's vision.

I dislike that you can recruit Minthara without siding with the goblins. The game doesn't give your character any reason to even consider knocking her out.
