The qrd is that the idiots brought darkrai down to OU because they thought it would be okay with the insane powercreep of gen 9, then it started causing a shit load of problems with a sash hypnosis set (because it's still a fricking uber and 60% is good enough) and now instead of re-banning it, and Iron valiant, another offensive speedy hypnosis abuser, the council (mainly finch) is doubling down like a bunch of morons and banning sleep completely, even in lower tiers of gen 9 and on mons that were a complete non-issue prior to the stupid decision of introducing yet another broken threat into an OU meta already swimming with broken threats.
