Which is fine when you play for a while and it's all fair but if you take a break and come back then you just get kerb stomped repeatedly until you've lost enough games for the matchmaking to lower you down. Just have completely random matchmaking instead, you win some you lose some and nobody has a problem with it.
The matchmaking is rigged so that you have 50:50 win/lose ratio.
Also people who buy microtransactions are matched up with lower skilled players, not only as award for buying microtransactions, but also to convince other players that all the good players use skins.

Variable damage bullets, bullets that miss on purpose, suddenly very strong bad aim that yanks you away from the target, close spawning to a successful player where you can easily shoot them in the back or flank them, and last but not least, weird footsteps audio (footsteps come from left, but the enemy will appear from the right). This is all designed to help unsuccesful players get an ocassional kill on good players. And SBMM will still rebalance just about every round.
