Are you asking for build advice to forma Tiki, or tips on how to play the mode?
The mode is fairly easy, and can sometimes be solo'd by one character, or two. I think Tiki might be able to solo it, but if not then don't be afraid to toss a few skills towards other characters, and at least get them some levels.
I'm not really sure how to build her. if Vengeful fighter 4 isn't in the HoF skill pool then probably go for Crafty Fighter B-skill, and perhaps a Unity skill. Her spd isn't what it used to be to use any of the spd fighter skills.
I'm a tierlet so take it with some salt.

Blue Flame - You won't use it in practice, but might as well get something rare
Atk/Spd Unity or Kestrel Stance 3 - Armor A skills are still kind of lacking
Hardy Fighter is what I'd recommend in practice, but you might want a more rarer skill like Special Fighter 4 or Vengeful Fighter 4 since you're given the opportunity
A/S Near Save - You generally won't use it over With Everyone, but again, might as well get something rare
I'd say your options are to do a basic Hardy Fighter build or invest in skills that go well with Armored Beacon if you want to inherit it later. Armored Beacon, Vengeful Fighter 4, and Atk Res Scowl aren't available in HoF yet unfortunately. Use her Prf weapon and C skill, maybe get A/S Near/Far Save just to fill the slot if it comes up it could be useful eventually if for some reason another Arcane weapon works better for her down the line.
Otherwise a (non-Def/Res) Rally+ or Harsh Command+
Atk Spd Unity, a Spd/something Stance, Spd Ideal if you can't get those, or even Distant Def 4 can work in some occasions
Hardy Fighter 3 for basic build, Special Fighter 4, Guard 4, Seal Atk 4, Mystic Boost 4 maybe if you can't get others

You are probably right, but IMO the issue with this year and next years fallen banners is a lack of decent sellable candidates. I really only see Engage fallen characters this year because most other candidates feel bottom of the barrel.

I can see Dennings being a GHB unit, or potentially vaida, but my guess is IS would rather save her for a banner as FE7 doesn't have many females left. I think it is just Vaida/Isadora for females, and several male characters.
GHB with a unique Assist skill that turns an enemy unit into a Morph with a 30% chance, inflicting the Berserk effect.

I wrote an maximum length post in about FEH in a new FEH thread on V and it was dead before I can finish it. I'm going to post it here so you can all tell me if you agree/disagree, or think I'm moronic.

Depends, It could certainly be said it helped drag the game onto an even larger stage seeing how it big was for the first 1-3 years. It made people more aware of the game franchise, and thus likely garnered newer players who were willing to try the available games, or in my case got a Fates/wakening player interested in the older games. Some people argue that it brought the wrong audience into the community that expect/demand the wrong aspects in a FE game.
It's influence in mainline game design is noticeable in a few spots in 3H, IIRC it was mainly 3H borrowed many class skills from FEH. FEH's influence is more prominently seen in Engage which shares many similarities in it's secondary class/growth mechanics and AFAIK IS even stated Engage was designed to lead people into FEH so it makes sense they are similar. Ironically enough, there are plenty of people who were repulsed by FEH but turn around to claim Engage is the best game in the series when they share many similarities.
as for the community, FEH has brought a lot of FE related content to the table. a lot of fan art has been designed over the years because of it's existence and even had meme trends like the clothing swap one which was quite popular for a while. It also helped bring older characters into light, and become more appreciated. Practically no one knew who Reinhardt was, but he became a F2P champion, and shot up in popularity where he now ranks decently among CYL.
The biggest issue is that FEH itself often feels/is extremely mishandled by IS. It could have been bigger, or capitalized on to make FE even bigger, but nothing ever happens.
TL:DR
IMO yes It has had a positive effect on the FE series.
It brought FE into the radar of people all over the world, garnering many new players to the franchise, spawned appreciate of older characters/games as well as a lot of fun new fan art, and has a lot of mechanics taken from it that are in the most recent game which people argue as having "the best gameplay in the franchise". It is a shame IS often mishandles FEH.
One of my friends got into the Fire Emblem series as a whole after being introduced to it by FEH, so to that end, I think it's done more good than harm. Hell, I and probably other players got to find out about the older titles through FEH, like I played through the Jugdral games for the first time after seeing Sigurd and friends, and of course, the infamous Reinhardt.
FEH's got its issues of course, but I think that's part of the trappings of being a gacha (the monetization, insane power creep).

I noticed that all of the Slithers/TWSitD units' weapons all synergize fairly well with each other. Solon can provide debuffs, gravity and guard on enemy unit(s) on 2 turns only. Cornelia can potentially flash enemies and can utilize Solon's debuffs or Kronya's dagger 7 effect or exposure effect from refine. Kronya can chip away enemy health but gets easier initiation with the help from Solon debuffs or Cornelia's flash.
I wonder what effect Thales will receive since each Slither has came with some effect on their weapon now. Perhaps he'll have Quake Σ which inflicts chip damage, deep wounds and maybe gravity on turn count, after effect from initiation or, when enemies are bunched up like Cornelia.
On a smaller note I wonder if IS will add in the two other named Slithers (who speak) Odesse and Myson despite their generic look in 3H/Hope. Of the two though I can see only Myson getting in since he seemed a bit more important and has a unique spell during the final chapter of Azure Moon.

I feel Marth and Marianne have fallen off a bit, though personally I never felt either were very threatening. Eirika just needs a way to guarantee she'll get her special off rather than praying she isn't killed after her first attack and she'll be a modern threat again. She still kills just about anything she's pointed towards if her special activates.
I'm pretty sure 90% of my roster wouldn't be able to clear Marth's story map without a ton of buffbawds glued to them and the number of units I have that can even survive fighting Eirika is still in the single digits
Like the new blue goat OC who just dropped is probably stronger than CavEirika but they feel the damn same to me, both of them run across the map and one-round a green unit with 70-80 Def and disable anything I put on that green unit to try to counterplay that
Honestly, I feel like CYL units feel slightly underpowered at launch (compared to other busted units released at the time) because of this. Seliph is clearly the winner of the batch but everyone else is just "good".
I could see Seliph getting the anti Stall effect that Legendary Yuri's got, ie if Stall is active on him, then he removes his +1 Mov so he isn't completely gutted movement wise

Red is pretty tempting for me since I can use 2 or 3 more swords and Spd Smoke is always nice, but I'm positive we'll get a sword with true NFU down the line, and all the units I want to give a sword to have decent Spd, so I'll hold off on rolling. His weapon nulls Fatal Smoke by 50%, right? Meaning he'll always heal at least 7 HP no matter what
Special Fighter 4 also has that same effect, so would Fatal Smoke be nulled entirely, meaning he'd always heal 14 HP on hit?
I can't confirm but usually percentages are multiplied and not additive so my guess is that he'd get 75% healing if he had both his refine and SF4.
Okay after searching reddit posts of maxed out Forsyths someone running both refine and SF4 has confirmed that it is multiplicative. So with both you'll get back 75% heals while under the effects of fatal smoke.

"what if" alts that take advantage of the infinite realities that FEH is supposed to pull from. Alts like a very old, king of Valla Mamui that hints that he is beginning to degenerate, or a Leif from a world where Seliph, and many others died so he has to lead a rebellion. Stuff to just expand/explore older games like Adrift did would be really cool to have.

IS has meme'd Mark as being a mute for nearly a decade now, and references it in several games. The duo would have been more fitting if either Lyn were leading, or Mark used Lyn as a weapon with the FE7 command arrow but that would never happen because then people shitting themselves about Lyn would be even more prevalent. The idea of a Mark/Lyn duo with a Mute Mark has been tossed around for years and I had never seen anyone complain about it until it actually happened.
It's a great duo, and I'm glad it's in but it's gotten to a point where it feels that people would scream that it were a Lyn alt even if she were just a black square with no animations.

I haven't bothered to read most PRFs in a while, there is too much bullshit in them now to figure out. It's insane how much free shit a unit gets for simply existing, and it's disheartening because it has to be extremely intimidating to newer players.

The problem isn't even the text length or free shit, it's how all the free shit is specifically designed to negate any "strategy" (or what passes for it in FEH) a newer player would use to try punch upwards.

The "converts reduced damage into damage" is what pisses me off so much, I can't OTK her but she can delete all of my HP in one go like it's nothing and even if my unit survives, she has Galeforce too. Holy shit fricking finally, I managed to one-turn the map with Nowi and kill Nerwhatshername in one hit. There's no way I'm beating Abyssal like this, I barely killed her with only one point of damage higher than her HP with a charged Bonfire. I hate this map so much.
Just use ranged units. She doesn't have DC, just takes a few hits. My ranged cav team cleared it fairly easily.
This, she may be fast, but she can't do jackshit against ranged nukes, I used L!Claude to slow her down and kill her more easily.

Being a Nintendo IP is a huge factor to that, their is a huge amount of weirdos that gravitate toward those (Smash, Splatoon, Pokemon...) just like Sonic. The gameplay + the japanese aesthetic also filters a large amount of normalgays. I would also say that FEH being a gacha is a huge redflag to attract the mental ill but it's not exclusive to the FEH coummunity since FE got plenty of schizos too.

It's just sunk cost and waiting for my favorite unit to get an alt, but it also helped that IS amped the waifuhomosexualry up to 11 after Awakening, then added extra homosex because the supports weren't degenerate enough. Me being a huge e-girlcon has nothing to do with my stay in this game.

I would. He comes with Spurn 3 by default which isn't that much worse than Repel 4 while Special Spiral 4 is really good and pairs with his Prf's situational Vantage well.
Done, looks like he's pretty much perfect now. There are a couple other skills I was considering (e.g. Flashing Blade, Surge Sparrow, Distant Dart) but I suspect Atk/Spd Finish is better and other than Dart I have fodder for those skills anyway.

Whoever posted that for you to read is a liar. The only Specials that SS doesn't work on are Galeforce and Requiem Dance. (I would also say Njörun's Zeal, but that's only on Cavs who can't get SS.)

I used about 230 orbs trying for Picnic Felicia merges and I'm flabbergasted that I summoned more non focus 5 stars than focus ones. For reference Ronan was the first 5 star I summoned from the picnic banner.
I have 850 saved up for Valentia Catria merges at the end of the month, but I'm starting to have second thoughts. I do really want to +10 her and I use her a lot, but I feel like it's a waste of orbs to spend on a unit that's available in the regular 4* special pool.
I always seem to have horrendous luck when summoning for seasonals.
I summoned more since I had a focus charge and then this happened. Picnic Felicia is staying at +5 until next year I guess.
I'd say try when she's focus unit because the odds of getting Catria as a 4 star special is low. Just try for a couple of copies or set an orb limit so you have orbs in case anything catches your eye later. That's what I try to do with units I like anyway.

Lethality or Blazing Wind for Legendary Yuri? I've given him Disarm Trap so he can function like his regular self, but unlike him, he can bypass Stall

Yeah I know that, but Sacred Cowl/Aegis is easy to inherit compared to Blue Flame, it's just there in case I want to use her innate B skill
DD4 is ok if all you care about is survival. Summoner Duels and AR-D is probably where DD4 is actually ideal. I'd probably use Kestrel Stance for PvE-focused modes, though. Armors really do need better general A skills.
I have better Far Save tanks for PVE, she would be mostly filler for Earth season on Arena and SD-S. In fact, I'm not even sure if I want to forma her at all, even with Hardy Fighter being as good as its, I already have a +1 L!Tiki but the most expensive skill I gave her was Warding Stance 4.

Due to constant powercreep, do you think it is now okay for all weapons to get inheritable DC weapons (ex:hand axe, javelin, and etc.) without it being too overpowered? Or has powercreep gone too far that now inheritable DC weapons would be far too underpowered and need other effects baked in?
Well, you have something to compare it to. "DC Weapon + Atk/Spd Finish" would have to be comparable to "Arcane Devourer + Distant A/S Solo".
Both. Inheritable weapons with just Distant Counter (so a good ol' Tomahawk+, Spear+, and whatever the sword equivalent would be, since swords are pretty weird about this) wouldn't be broken at all at this point, and would be so underwhelming that it'd be perfect for demote units. Like if they put an inheritable Tomahawk on Ludveck, who did originally come with one, then nobody would bat an eye.
Then seasonal demotes are where they can have like, DC + 5 Atk/Def or something lol.

Keep in mind she doesn't guarantee allies will survive at least 1 combat. She did nothing in the story mission since I was doubling her allies with the first hit putting them to 1 HP and thus Miracle wasn't completely saving them.

Brave tiki comes out and makes people seethe because she is dressed like chiki (because god forbid this unit that is a celebration of this character represent both aspects of said character), ISIS saw this seething and presumably just said frick it, and made Ascendant Chiki literally the same unit but better, making adult tiki fans seethe even harder.

I really wish the new DC worked on save tanks because if you save a unit it counts as being near the unit disabling the stat bonuses.
That's probably the entire reason we got DC Solo before any other type of DC, not counting Stance and *free stats but recoil*
I assumed DC Solo was moreso meant to acknowledge Solo skills being kind of shit now in comparison to other A skills.
I'm surprised they didn't add panic smoke 4 to Chrom's kit since it'd combo well with the Sabotage debuff effect his B skill has. Also didn't know the Sabotage debuff effect pulls penalties off of target's (enemy) allies too within 2 spaces. With penalty doubler, Sabotage effect, and max debuff of -7 you can potentially inflict a nasty -21 stats to an enemy.
And he also inflicts Exposure too doesn't he? So that's a gigantic frick you stat swing on top of extra damage, I feel like unless you have debuff neutralization, that'd be enough to just destroy you outright
You are right, assuming he is debuffing the opponent with all these debuffs and inflicts exposure he basically gets a +30 damage stat before accounting for his raw and skill stats.

Yeah the AI isn't always perfect but when it works it works perfectly. I try to affect the turn order by changing their attack stat. Obviously make the dancer's attack as small as possible to reduce their chance of attacking and placing dancers near units that used up their turn typically forces them to prioritize dancing assuming they don't deal more than 5 damage to a unit within their range.
I actually tried it myself and Triandra decided to hit me for 11 damage instead of dancing Maria and they all suicided into my tank afterwards.
What items do you bring for AA? For me:

Nothing is better than a guaranteed extra turn.

Units with Canto on their weapons seem like they'll be the stars of this mode. The 4v5 fights will really benefit from having them. Gravity on your healer could also be convenient.

I felt so stupid when playing the new game mode. Things I didn't realize:
>That your units' base kits are locked save for their special, weapon and move assist skill. You must then open them with the random skill slot reward.
>On the Vanir panels I wasted the first one thinking you could only select 1 skill to purchase. You can purchase as much as you need until you run out of hourglass currency.
>In retrospect should have unselected my healer's C slot in hopes of them giving me something better than Staff Valor because they give you "free skills" if you have nothing equipped. And they can't give you valor skills or other useless non combat skills.
>Didn't know you could put any skill unlocked in the S slot. I assumed we would get S seals that could randomly be any skill. Literally went 10+ matches with nothing in my S slot when I could of threw in free utility like axebreaker until I unlocked better skills.
I had tons of fun so far with the game mode. I want to see how broken of a unit I can make before the end. I bet armored units will be fun to build having the ability to throw on far and near save skills or stacking multiple fighter skills all at once.
*Note just looked back and realized you can only do 10 matches today so I literally did exactly 10 matches before realizing you can put any skill unlocked in the S slot.

Formortiis would be even better. He could shutdown the whole enemy team as long as he lived and spam his nightmare effect. All you would need to give him would be reliable healing in his S or B slot and he'd be nigh invincible.

Chrom is probably better because he is limited. If you don't need the fodder from Maria, then at least she is always in the summoning pool while Chrom isn't.
I think Seer's Snare might just be the most fun mode they've added in so long, I'm enjoying this one a lot anons
I hope they don't mess it up like they did with PoL. But it's hard to imagine how they could realistically frick it up
Did I forget a PoL update that made it worse? As far as I remember, they only made it easier by nerfing/negating annoying abilities that foes can use, unless making it easier is what you're upset about.
I heard they stopped letting you Flash (ie counter denial) opponents, so stuff like Walhart that once helped out now was useless
Nice when an uninvested unit you got a couple years ago comes in handy.

Time's Pulse 4, Def/Res Smoke 3, maybe even Spd Smoke 4.
Time's Pulse is kind of redundant with Ruptured Sky and Def/Res Smoke is better on tankier units, I believe. I'm debating between keeping Atk Smoke or looking for Spd Smoke, especially since with the former there are a lot of units nowadays that ignore Null Follow-Up prevention.

I'm expecting some paid currency later on that lets you take all the skills your unit acquires in SS. The question is how much will it cost?
Considering that would mean being able to get any recent unit with any skill (that's applicable and up to what was most recently released), it'd have to be like, at least as much as the Otherworld Bond one or something, maybe more.
There's no way it's more expensive than the OB but it will certainly be more expensive than the forma soul
Probably 30 to 40 bucks and it let's you grab every equipped skill on said unit
