I just started Azure Gleam, but according to Ingrid, if you go back far enough most of the nobles are related in some way or another, so it's not too wild for houses to get the crests of other houses.
There are supports that discuss this, which families have which Crests is a total crapshoot as the families intermingled over the decades. It's why they're no longer particular about certain Crests staying in certain families. House Galatea would be happy to have anyone with any kind of Crest in charge, not just the Crest of Daphnel.

I like Shez a lot but I would be lying if the execution of the character wasn't botched given people wanted and expected more Byleth as the game went on. Makes you realize that you can't have KT alone, you really do need ISIS along side them to bring the better out of each other.
I think having either more or less Byleth would've been better. Right now it's an awkward midpoint where they have almost no reason to be in the story.

Nothing for all S-ranks, but each stage has a reward that needs an S-rank to unlock.
You can also replay any previous stage, even ones from a different route, on NG+.
