Some weird adventure game that played in some futuristic new Atlantis and you had to walk around and talk to people and help them, solve some puzzles as "work" for which you'd get paid to buy and eat burgers, if you didn't you'd eventually collapse from hunger.
omg, wtf is this, this is bringing back some DEEP childhood memory. I don't remember anything about this, but I definitely remember that scene. Turning the little brains on/off had a really satisfying sound effect
