If gameplay loop isn't fun, game is bad regardless of graphical quality. Likewise if the game is fun, the graphics won't detract too much from that.

I think the older games look better honestly. The new game's art style is shit. If you mean graphically this game looks like a Sekiro spin-off, it's got the same kind of explosions that look bad but the animations overall are way worse. Washed our colors and smooth low poly looking models. It's ugly and most modern games look better if they have a decent budget. By modern I mean anything in the past 10 years btw

Why do devs insist on making smoke/explosions that dissipates immediately. No debris/wreckage shit vanishes. In the past it would be performance intensive but on modern hardware it shouldn't be a hindrance. I hate how everythings "clarity" focused.
I'm asking for one example of a game with graphics that are up to modern standards, because if this isn't good enough for people, I'm genuinely out of touch.
It doesn't look that much better than Fromsoft's games, honestly.
And Rockstar are THE AAA developer, while Fromsoft are a very modestly sized company.
