Good luck. No one sells genuine 360 controllers anymore Anon. Hope you weren't a fan because the Bone controller and beyond are literally worse in every way.
I wonder if I should anticipate this and stock a few DS4s right now. How's the DSense? I really liked the DS3s, I have two, but they are... in not so good shape.
the xbone one gave me less trouble than every 360 controlelr i got >every 360 got fricked analogs after a month >problem with xbone one was the plastic shit melting but since you could just remove it , it didn't give me more problems yet after 2+ years
>Get another 360
Good luck.
Admittedly I fricking hated the Xbox One controller for years then I just forced myself to use a One S controller now I love it as someone who also loved the 360 controller. Series controller might as well be the same thing minus the d-pad being different
you can buy a rechargeable battery pack, it will function like a normal ps4-5 controller with the added benefit that once it starts degrading you can just swap the battery pack instead of the entire controller
1. My ps4 controller still has stellar battery life
2. $60+$25 for a fricking controller to operate like something normally should in 2022 is goddamn moronic
Not that I know of. Mostly it's fine, just sucks if you're playing something in the dark. I was thinking of putting electrical tape over it for those instances.
Are the power a xbox controllers good?
I think 60€+ for a controller its a bit too much. I would consider if it goes on sale, but they barely have stock here.
Legit 360 controllers are not that rare on ebay if you look hard enough. Bought 5 last year and they were all genuine when I disassembled them.
That being said, I prefer the Series controller and would get that if I was buying today. Feels more solidly built imo.
i got ridiculously lucky on ebay, found a glossy slim 360 with original controller and Kinect that looks like it was owned by a boomer who only used it to play Madden twice a year.
Oh, score then, i was looking at the worn rubber caps on the analogs.
My xone controller is in pristine condition, used regularly since 2019, the only give that it has been used is the rubber on the sticks being worn.
I like the rough texture of the XBone controller, but the build quality seems overall a bit worse than the 360s. My 360 pad held up for almost a decade before the drift in the left stick made some games unplayable.Looked up some guides on how to fix it but the easy solutions didn't do shit and the more advanced ones seemed like a hassle
Same shit on PC.

OH NO NO NO

I think the d-pad was probably the worst part about the 360 anyway
This controller design was nearly perfect if they just had better dpad to go with it and sticks that don't get worn down.
I feel you
the bumpers on mine are acting up.
Frickers are double-clicking and won't hold when i press down on them.
DS5 is better
The series or xbone controllers are just as good, but the dpad is still shit.
>the new ones require AA batteries
is this some sort of fricking joke
If you have a usb c cord you can just use that
>2022
>not having rechargeable AAs
Just get some rechargeable AAs and you're set for life.
Or a charge pack if you really can't stand them.

try a genuine ds3, unlike the ds1, 2, 4 and 5 the ds3 has electromagnetic analog sticks that means drift is almost never an issue
Yeah, same boat.
Not sure which generation to upgrade to.
Frick that dpad though.
Get an Xbox Elite 2. It's worth it.
not worth it. they still use the same cheap accelerometers that every controller uses and youll get stick drift at the same rate
what's wrong with it? I honestly would try to fix it because modern controllers all suck dick.
I hate the bright ass light on the bone controller
can you disconnect it?
Not that I know of. Mostly it's fine, just sucks if you're playing something in the dark. I was thinking of putting electrical tape over it for those instances.
On older pads you can just open it and take the thing out but you're probably too pussy to do that.
tape works.
i did that to my laptop camera.

Are the series s and series x the same?
hows the dpad?
i got ridiculously lucky on ebay, found a glossy slim 360 with original controller and Kinect that looks like it was owned by a boomer who only used it to play Madden twice a year.
>madden once a year
That controller was very used, they just took good care of it.
that's a picture from a few minutes ago, i've already been using it for a year.

I clean that b***h once every two days.
yes
Ah yes, a controller thread *sips tea*
buy an 8bitdo controller instead
>8bitdo
lmao what the frick are these dimensions?
That looks like shit
sauce?
dimensions of the controller are normal, the dimensions of the human are not
Get the series x controller, it’s the best one available. Would prefer if the sticks were symmetrical though
get the xbone or sex conttoller and wireless windows 10 adapter. Wireless. It's better.
>sex conttoller
huh?
Series X, newhomosexual Black person. Get out of my fricking chan.

series x controller is way too small (grips)
360 or the xbone pad is best
