This is one of the biggest problems with CS in my opinion. A lot of the game is "solved" and you don't get to really play the game, just go through the motions. Flash here, keep AWP looking here, stand still and spray the AK, buy a few smokes to smoke the same exact sites every single round, and so on. It's just kind of boring, you don't get to really express yourself much when playing it. You either do the thing and win, or do the thing and oh you lost this time for some reason oh well. Or downright moron mechanics like the easiest to use weapon in the game (AWP) also being the powerful one too.
Even a game like HALO lets you be more expressive with your gameplay because you can't always just be completely destroyed at all times with no effort.

Huge price tag means frick all because you can just save for a few rounds and buy it, or just have a teammate buy it for you if they're doing well, and it can be bought as many times as possible per game with no limit, etc. Once you start winning it just becomes easier and easier to keep winning with the AWP because you keep your money high and opps, even if you lose it, lol, just buy it again silly!
Leg and arm shots also rarely happen. Sure they do happen some of the time but a vast majority of the time they are a non-factor and if you enemy is even barely damage at all by other weapons (handgun headshot, rifle to the body 1-3 times) the leg/arm might just kill them anyway.
AWP is literally babies first weapon and even the SCOUT takes more skill to use FACT

At least they got some good changes for cs2 >smokes cover different areas >can shoot/nade through smoke to see >snipers have trackers now >MR12 makes economy matter more
My only cope of this game being perfect is if they make it so every game isn't just AK vs M4 and you can actually choose more varied weapons and they arent completely useless(MP7, any shotgun except MAG7,. M249 being the worst thing in the game)

Idk why cs does that autistic spray pattern where instead of your shots going where the cross hair is they go where the invisible cross hair is. AWP is hitscan weapon in game where majority of guns use bullet mechanic(so you need to conisder travel time),it has insanely fast ADS speed,almost no flinch upon headshot hit and very fast movement speed for a gun like that/fast animation recoveries and is also fully accurate. Its simply best weapon on close,mid and long ranges.That weapon is not just OP but breaks rules of the game at fundamental level but CSGO playing gays got gaslighted of that weapon being broken for decade. Theres a reason why silvers/DMG's are literally killing eachother and throwing games just for this weapon and why high level AWPer cant do shit with rifles at his level while high level riflers can easily do well with AWP alongside rifles.
