It pretty much rewrote how action adventure games should be made.
Before, the template was OoT Zelda and it basically changed the formula.
It also made other genres chase for harder content. The PS3 era games were baby mode until Demon's Souls came out and then PS4 comes around and then all the major publishers start putting harder challenging content in their games regardless of genre.

I consider a 10/10 to be a virtually perfect game, and frankly even great games are often deeply flawed in a lot of ways. Is there any games that you have played that are like that?
