I soft reseted. There's 2 ways to get to Darkrai, either void glitch or use the Poke Classic/WiiMMFI servers to get a member card. Both methods also help you get to Shaymin, but be careful because you can get stuck in the void. Pokeclassic/WiiMMFI is the safest option

my darkrai's just a regular one, but i'm proud enough of myself for pulling off the void glitch successfully. i'll probably go for a shiny in platinum with the member's card event though

Why not just use rng manip or does it not work on Darkrai?
You're already exploiting a glitch so might as well use an in-game method that doesn't require that much grind but is still fun and doesn't require connecting to an external program.
Shiny hunting is so incredibly easy in the newer gens + there's no discussion to be had. It's just anons posting their finds and expecting to get praise for it.
