>implying they won't be ~~*shiny locked*~~
This
Every single Legendary Pokemon in SV have been Shiny Locked, there's no reason for them to not lock them
Usually with these games, it's only story related shinies that are locked. When they have ways to get the rest of the legendaries from every game, they're usually not locked.
>Going from the absolute best shiny odds with The Crown Tundra to shiny locked RETURNING legendaries in SV
I want to say there's absolutely no way this could happen, but how many times have I thought that exact thought about this series only to be proven wrong?
Would they seriously shiny-lock all these? What would even be the benefit beyond encouraging some schizo to KyoAni the TPC headquarters?
No idea. Based on how theyve traditionally handled these, all returning legendaries are shiny-huntable. It's been this way since they've started the practice, since as early as HGSS. But on the other hand, Gamefreak's really good at ruining expectations and doing moronic shit that no one likes for no reason at all.
Khu also seems split on it, as he implied Spectrier (and by extension the rest) will be shiny huntable, but later seemed to pull back on that claim with the little spat with Anubis over the legitimacy of the datamines.
SwShChads stay winning
>Dynamax Adventures
Cringe.
USUMchads stay winning.
>jump through literal hoops just to get your tenth shiny Swanna
lolno
>Fight with the heal pulse Chansey npcs just to lose to the legendary at the end
>he doesn't have friends to do raids with
lol
Hunting rayquaza right now in the dynamax adventure, still a lot of people here.
I think it will be better than sandwiches if you have to make one between each reset
Alot of people are playing Swsh. I actually went back playing it cause Raids in SV are horrible. Right now working on getting a shiny Ho-oh, it's been pretty fun.
Static encounters always remain at base odds (so 1/4000)
There's no lowering it with Charm/Sandwich
And in Swsh Odds are 1/100 with Shiny charm. 1/300 without it. No way I'm touching this shit in S/V, but it may be good for others who wants duplicates.
Bummer. Glad I got all mine in ultra sun then.
Just glad to see some of these guys returning, specifically the Latis, Necrozma and Kyurem. It's unlikely, but it'd be cool if they made an exception for Necrozma and Kyurem in standard regulations for competitive, considering theyre both "incomplete" forms and significantly weaker than their counterparts intentionally.
Looks like Ho-Oh got a new model
Lugia and Ho-Oh both did, along with the other two Kanto starters
No marks though.
I wanted Destiny mark Deoxys.
? What are the implications?
>Save in front of the legenfary but far enough that it doesn't spawn
>walk forward
>reset if not shiny
Yeah, if they aren't shiny locked, im sure this is how it'll function. Curious if sandwhiches will affect them, including size and titles.
Thats going to be pretty fast huh. Good times.
>Switch reset hunts
>fast
Lol
faster than bdsp
clearly lugia, lunala and kyogre are violet exclusive and vice versa but I'm guessing
should I just assume reshiram, latias and the ice horse are scarlet exclusive?
There's no mention of version exclusives, you might be able to get them all in each version since it's not bloated with every legendary like dynamax adventures
Going off this supposed leak list:
All your version exclusives are listed in here, Spectrier and Glastrier are another "You choose only one and lose the other" situation.
I chose Spectrier in SWSH, so I should go for Glastrier especially if that new Ice-type physical Meteor Beam equivalent is real holy frick, but if Khu's right and you can SR for red Spectrier, I'm immediately going for that instead. Spectrier is so rad.
Haven't seen this leak yet. Whats the source of it? Grass/Dragon seems curious, given it seemingly contradicts Khu.
Dunno, some guy dumped it on a threas the other day. Could be talking well out of his ass and lying, for sure, but that was the first leak I saw with the Legendary lineup listed, so I just figured it had some merit after today's trailer happened. I want to believe it's real at the least, cause Stardust Barrage and Possession seem like nasty moves on their face.
The legendary list has been known for about a week or so now given the chinese datamine, so it could be just bandwagoning off of that. That being said, it looks interesting as hell.. Acid Coating in particular seems cool, like a new Salt Cure. I'd like to try that on Sub Hydreigon or something, assuming its real and gets it.
ICE TYPE METEOR BEAM???
>bringing back Gen 1 Slash
holy shit please be real
>shinygays spending hundreds of hours of their life to do something that can be genned in 3 seconds
>genned
I prefer catching and then modify it
what a gay, do your parent abused you as a child? how gay can you be to cheat in a kids game? just have a nice day please
>go back onto SwSh to try a few raids because of the thread
>join one of those obviously manip'd but always shiny ones
>slow as frick with Max Pokemon throwing up their shields twice a fricking fight at certain thresholds and completely stopping HP loss when they get to said thresholds
Anyone who says current SV raids are worse than this is a moron. Maybe when they were still bugged to shit, but now, no chance in hell.
Works fine on my switch.
Yeah the raids in SwSh were fricking dogshit, bottom of the barrel trash. SV raids aren't great, but theyre not as insanely slow and tedious.
SwSh raid is a fricking joke. Even worse in offline because you are at the mercy of NPC.

This unironically.
They're not gonna have them suddenly change to Shiny in the encounter.
damn, they changed Ho-Oh's face a lot. hopefully Lugia doesn't look so goofy anymore either
do they have dex entries in the blueberry dex?
They do not. Its why we didnt know about them until recently, the remaining Pokemon all have dex entries that were scrubbed, indicating their inclusion. These were only found through a small clue in the datamine dug up via some rando chinese person.
Theres also a high liklihood that there a couple of Mythicals not included here thatll be obtainable via Home. Zeraora and Victini or some shit. But we dont know which.
Frick, I wish Zacian was in this so we could finally shiny hunt it
Can't wait to bring in my FRICKING GAMESTOP shiny dog trio on day 1.
