For most human beings music makes people feel things and that results in wanting to do something called dancing which is physical movement in conjunction with how the music makes them feel.

Then you should take your own advice. So you've heard of Joe wienerer then? You've seen how he performs when he is doing a concert? Do you expect him to just stand stiff as a board and every single person who plays music to do the same.
If you are not familiar with the gentlemen in the OPs picture he was featured at the Game Awards in the orchestra last year. He was the star guest and as such is expected to not blend in with the rest of the orchestra. The fact that you noticed him was on purpose. He is their special guest. Sometimes orchestras will have a special guest who is in their own corner with a spotlight on them and they are not expected to wear the same clothing as the rest so that people will be able to see them better.

my issue was with the statement of "the autism shuffling makes the sound better" which is completely wrong. am i wrong to say that it is wrong? or am i missing something that involves the strings of a piano to respond to the position of your body at the time that you press the key

Smiling doesn't make a sound but you can hear someone smiling if they talk.
