Both, the yuzu is better performance wise but ryujinx offers higher resolutions. Also yuzu and ryujinx base version dont play certain cutscenes within the game, only a modified build of ryujinx can play those.

I've played Trine on PC, the game is pretty good, but yeah, sometimes it's hard to tell what you're looking at, even in 1080p or higher.
"Comfortable" is a rather subjective concept. I, for one, find it perfectly comfortable, playing on my PC.
You can always play on your TV (wire or wireless), with a gamepad.
