Mind the alert in the pastebin. Skip the part before the game intro if you want to avoid all the result spoilers for Season 25.

Marchen Maze subs when?
The ritual post that gatekeeps GCCX and keeps us safe.
Sorry, I'm already deeply entrenched in GCCX enjoydom
>election tourist schizoposts are good
Go back.
Nice job admitting you're triggered by it.
>the YT channel are hiding episodes
More like Fuisraelite TV.
I know they at least hide ones that they've uploaded and are planning to release at a set time, like the last part of the old Mega Man challenge probably coming out on Tuesday.
videos being hidden are a result of the channel doing so, not youtube. learn what you're talking about first before criticizing it, incel
Man you sure are proud about being an experienced youtube viewer
>anon literally mentioned fuji tv
Based moron
Has he ever done Tomb Raider?
Not for a challenge. He might've checked it out in some shop somewhere on an overseas trip or something, but I don't remember.
I think he would have a hard time with that kind of game anyhow.
Tomb Raider has such bad and clunky controls it could be considered a “cinematic platformer” so I wouldn’t blame them for skipping it
It's actually pretty precise once you get used to the grid system it uses, but I don't think there's any way Arino could master that in a short amount of time. I think it would make him queasy as well.
If Intelligent Qube nauseated him, flipping around and targeting in Tomb Raider definitely would.
>Intelligent Qube
What a fricking awful challenge that was, and then they made it two episodes too.
They've had some strange choices for what they stretch to more than one episode sometimes. It seems like they're only doing one each season for now though.
I don’t like that only the first episode of the season gets to be a two parter nowadays. That basically means any long or tough game done after the first challenge of the season is a guaranteed fail.
I liked how before you’d never know if Arino will succeed or not because any game could potentially get an extension. I don’t know if they ever officially announced this change but it’s something I’ve noticed over the last few seasons
I agree. They don't need to have a ton of two parters, but knowing they're a possibility more than once in a season would be more interesting than the pattern they've settled into lately.
>Arino in early seasons
>"Will you go another day?" "Yes!"
>Arino in current seasons
>"Will you go another day?" "No!" Challenge failed.
After 25 years, it feels pretty evident he's run out of energy for this.
20 years, and I'm sure it's partly a production decision and partly an Arino decision.
>It's actually pretty precise once you get used to the grid system it uses
Does not matter if its garbage be default.
They're not garbage, but Tomb Raider might be a bad fit on this show.
Looking forward to Moai-kun. Good game for the show.
Oh frick yeah new episode. I’m sure this will be an easy clear for the “puzzle” Kacho
Sorry anons but I kinda like AVGN more
I wish Arino batton-touch to Kibe. He is old and slow, while Kibe exudes the perfect combination of youthful energy and sagely wisdom.
Only if Arino is in charge of the segments and Kibe derails them.
=
Go away Kibe
It's Charisma Void's world. We're all just living in it.
>Someone actually subbed The Quest of Kai live show
Bah Gawd
Oh wow, that's cool. I still enjoyed watching it as part of Bonk's Adventure though.
I should watch a few episodes in the lead up to Xmas. Any nice winter/comfy episodes?
Night of the Sickle Weasel is a good one.
>comfy xmas episodes
I liked the northern travel one, lots of snow and quietude.
Thanks mate, downloading now.
Do you mean the fake sub of the first hour? Because that was an April fool joke from SA from years ago.
No, someone subbed the whole thing.
Where? Because subs are the only thing that would get me to watch all 9 hours again. That shit was painful, seeing the same 2-3 screens and hearing the same famicom song over and over for hours and hours.
Someone AI subbed it, and it was coherent most of the time.
Your loss
Nah.
If it's just some AI garbage, not interested.
>Season 27: Episode 15 (#371) "A long title" premieres on Thursday, December 21st.
I think that was the hint for Narazumono Sentou Butai: Bloody Wolf before, so probably something around that long.
Unfortunately doesn't narrow it down a lot, there's a LOT of long title games. My wishlist includes:
>Detective Jinguji Saburo Yokohama Port serial murder case
>DoReMi Fantasy Milon's DokiDoki Adventure
>Taiko no Tatsujin: Tatakon de Dodon ga Don
My guess:
>Chō Jikū Yōsai Macross: Scrambled Valkyrie (超時空要塞マクロス -スクランブルヴァルキリー-
Watch it be a 3 part episode because the 'long' means 'long game'.
Long title, not time.
A long title can still mean a game that takes a long time, unless in Japanese it can only mean the title of the game.
It's specifically just saying the title is long, meaning the name.
It's already confirmed that episode 372 is going to be a documentary on the Saitama event.
We know that. Everyone is talking about the 371 hint.
Pretty sure from the king's wording that the name of the game is long.
YouTube reminded me that Arino's comedy partner did those strange segment for Nintendo's channel.
So, Game Center DX isn't a legit show?
No, of course not. It was just a handful of videos they did that way over a couple years.
I should have gotten into this ages ago. Saw merch while in Tokyo, recognized the main guy but didn't know anything else, so didn't buy anything. Guess that's just another excuse to go back (and hopefully live there).
Pick up some Ogawa bath water.
Buy some now, the yen is super weak.
They seem to be trying to hit all the major IPs for games before the show ends. Recently they've done Sailor Moon, Batman, TMNT, and countless manga series. I hope they hit an X-Men game some time or later. They are willing to hit Western series and games and the SFC had at least one good game per IP whereas the later gens licsened games were more spotty.
OGX - Ogawa CX
>Ogawa CX
>Ogawa s-e-x
>Otawa owes me sex
Is there even a point to these threads anymore?
The show is wrapping up it's 20th year, with more fans than ever before, and still going strong.
So yes.
is the second DS game good?
i didnt realize there was a full undub/translation for it
it's fricking great. the detective game can feel like a slog if it's not the kinda game you're into but everything feels like a well considered upgrade from the first one
i like 8-bit text crap tbh so it should be no problem
id just always heard that that was early on in the game, so without japanese language skill, you were wienerblocked out of half the games
>everything feels like a well considered upgrade from the first one
thats pretty high praise
imo, for a game that has all the hallmarks and warning signs of being irredeemable shovelware garbage based on a tv show, 4th wall breaking, voice cameos from non pro VAs, retro/indie style, muh 8-in-1 game value, etc , every single one of those games is fun enough i could play it in its own right. and i thought the little game mags to get hints was actually really cute. and i normally think that kinda stuff is moronic, or at least sickeningly kitsch
that star soldier ripoff in particular is fricking fantastic. even the music is dead-on for the source material.
idk id call it a fluke were it not for the fact they apparently managed to do it twice
the 3DS one sucks tho right?
are there japanese subs for this? Would be a cool way to aid learning japanese, i remember really enjoying season 1 and 2.
Yes there are jp cc released and available.
i unironically enjoy playing quest of ki. its better than tower of druaga imo.
i realize it IS kuso by pretty much every metric. but unlike most crap, the controls are quite tight and responsive, at the expense of being legendarily unforgiving
the level design doesnt even really get insidious until you move well into the bonus floors
did people in japan actually like this game when it came out, or was it always a black sheep to tower of druaga? i know the original was a BIG deal over there in arcades, so its not like really opaque game design/hidden secrets or crushing difficulty was something they hated.
or was it always considered kuso over there and only recommended to arino in order to watch him suffer on live television?
Did your smile and optimism go?
it will if you try to beat it straight out. it doesnt want you to win. the last dozen or so levels are true 8-bit cruelty and only for those with something to prove and/or a network television deal.
but up till like floor 70 or so its honestly just a pleasure to play. with warps anyone can see the end where she turns into a rock in one sitting. without warps you have a moderate challenge. and then the bonus levels should be enough for literally anyone else
