Well fricking thanks, it turns out that if your MC is dead the cutscene just won't fricking play at all without giving you any notification that it actually should. Fricking moronic. I'm also stuck on the "get help from Auntie Ethel" quest because I apparently didn't just attack her and went exploring instead which is enough to lock shit up.
But my absolute favorite, fricking F A V O R I T E bug was when the tutorial quest on the squid ship never actually completed and I only noticed it when I was halfway through act 1. It's not like you really need to look up the quest log since almost everything is marked anyway, so I never did, only to notice at some point that my main quest was probably irrevocably gimped and I had no way of fixing it without restarting.
I have no idea how a bug like that can happen AFTER THE FRICKING TUTORIAL IN A GAME WITH NEARLY THREE YEARS OF EARLY ACCESS. It's not Wasteland 3 "lmao your entire questlog can randomly get deleted" tier or the general bugged shit that can happen in Pathfinder games but at least those had mods that let you set flags and shit to finish quests manually.
I thank all the tendies and homosexuals for testing this game for me. I the smart man will buy it in the steam winter sale, when it is the most complete.

I had 4 dragon egg mushrooms and extracting them would consume only one first, getting me 1 extra ashes out of the 4. Sending 1 to camp made it consume 3 as normal and I can't make another ashes from the mushroom left.
It also seems like you can't pick up/move any alchemy item you drop.
is there a fix to the memory leak problem? I have to kill the game every couple of hours so it stops chugging. Usually happens in towns or fights with 20 people in it.
Remnant 2 ran fine all day. I had the same problem with Cyberpunk when it released. Everything would start lagging like crazy after playing for hours. Goes away when you close and reopen it.

They didn't even implement that properly, a lot of companion interactions seem to happen completely out of order or randomly just stop progressing. Everyone has quite a bit of extra dialogue coming up every now and then but Karlach is basically dead silent in my game, had like one new line during her entire fix-my-heat-issues quest. Or Astarion, the homosexual, where he randomly told me in one of his first random dialogue interactions "so you found out that I'm a vampire", then you get the quest with the hunter where he denies it and then he's suddenly trying to fricking suck my di- blood and everyone's shocked that he's a vampire. Fricking what?

it's a mod, also I've had a similar situation on the game where it just fricks up. I just edited the game and reloaded a precious save file.
