I didn't see a lick of marketing for the game that didn't include "A NEW RPG BY THE DEVELOPERS OF POKEMON". They didn't advertise the game on it's own merit
Little Town Hero only plus was it’s visuals and it was set in literally one town. It’s an awful game overall.

Scarlet and Violet are actually fun though. They are just ugly and run like shit. Really haven't had this much fun with a Pokémon game in a while. Last few gens were awful.
This. I didn't enjoy the Stars arc tho, only their final boss fights were fun.
It's not perfect, I will never defend its faults. I just personally enjoyed my time playing it. It was pretty fun being able to be walk around the world freely and look for exotic Pokémon. It really felt like a little adventure. It It was just ironed out It would have been perfect. You can really tell these poor devs don't have enough time to make the games they want.
This, except I also liked USUM (I didn't play SM, or I probably wouldn't have liked USUM).
Star arc was really bad. The Titan arc was pretty good by pokemon standards, so it's weird they fricked up so bad on Star.
SM and USUM are basically the same but a bit harder and they ruined lusamine
Sword and Shield are actually fun though. They are just 3ds games with cut content resold later on. Really haven't had this much fun with a Pokémon game in a while. .
Creatures is the one that make the pokemon, trainer design, models, backstory, world building, etc, its where most of the money goes.
