I get what you're trying to say, but the lifeblood of any forum is the active participants and the less of them you have, the worse off it's going to be. And Final Fantasy threads tend to get hijacked by that schizo who posts walls of text of moronic "lore" theories connecting every Square game. Threads about Western RPGs can be good if they're about something older like Baldur's Gate or KOTOR or old dungeon crawlers, but anything from the past decade or Bethesda-related is just full of single-issue schizos chimping out and getting into repetitive /misc/ arguments.

JRPG threads can be good if they actually get going, but a lot of the time they die with very few posts, half of which will be someone seething about how Japanese games aren't RPGs. And Final Fantasy threads tend to get hijacked by that schizo who posts walls of text of moronic "lore" theories connecting every Square game. Threads about Western RPGs can be good if they're about something older like Baldur's Gate or KOTOR or old dungeon crawlers, but anything from the past decade or Bethesda-related is just full of single-issue schizos chimping out and getting into repetitive /misc/ arguments.
