"Review bombing" just means "the peons disagree". They hate that we hsve ability to express opinions.

This. Specially on Steam. You can't review bomb on Steam (not efficiently, at least) because you need to buy the game first (you can go through the trouble of buying and refunding but still). "Review bombing" on Steam, like the anon said, means that customers are angry because of something. Sometimes it's a legit concern (like a series of bugs) or sometimes it's something petty like "muh second/third/fourth most spoken language and this game didn't translate".

Really, review bombing is considered uncouth because it's agknowladged you're leaving negative reviews for reasons the game typically shouldn't be rated for or overblowing the importance of one element. For example the cast and crew who worked on a game shape the game, sure, but to say a game is bad because I don't like the director can be argued to be an immature and unrelated piece of criticism.
If you bomb a review because you don't think it has enough diverse people in it, that may be relevant if the game is heavily cast or narrative focused like a detective/VN, but not to a Sonic game or a Mario game, but even then such critisism doesn't deem a game to be absolute good or bad.
But its my review, I should be able to make whatever score I want soley on my own criteria
If you do this then you're fighting for the ethical usage of review bombing, and the only remedy for this is the requisit of actually writing reasonings ala a comment or a fleshed out review. People ought to understand why you rate a game as high/low as you do, and if I see a 1/10 and the written reason is "go woke, go broke" or "the misogyny in this game is toxic" I'll now know you aren't judging the game on its gameplay merits but on these sole standards that are fractions of the entire game's recipe.

People saying that Eurogamer docked their score of XVI solely because of muh diversity

Ironic, nobody will want put forth the effort of getting an account setup just to participate in a discussion of a subject when they know their opinions aren't welcome and will be censored anyway. Way to have a nice day in the foot and disinterest your audiance.

Well there is such a thing as spamming it with fake positive reviews becuase it has a fake political messege you agree with.
On rotten tomatoes at least critics give some films that nobody likes positive reviews because it's controversial. Since nobody looks at critic scores anymore, they even have a thing called a "verified audience score" now. Sometimes they just lock the audience score too.

Bad game = bad score = normal negative reviews
Game, regardless of quality > bad score based off of some external politics > review bombing

Fallout76 is legit just objectively bad. But lets say it was good, or at least as good as a typical game. But it got hogwarts'd and the developer was accused of being transphobic, or alternatively, the game itself was accused of being right wing propoganda or racism or whatever, and then the negative reviews come in with no real basis, thats a bombing.
Same way snoys giving Horizon a 10/10 were review bombing zelda with 0's and 1's, its not substantiated, thus its bombing.

guy makes EA/Activision/all the mobile chinese garbages look like amateurs
currency can only be bough by money, there is no pity system but with each pull you increase chances (up to 0.85%) except the cost of the pull also increases which is just unheard of
pets can be traded which means he could in theory make fake accounts, generate himself a pet and then sell it on third party website to make even more money, also creates RMT out of thin air in a stupid mobile idle game
pulls max cost is 250 while dupes can be recycled for ~10crystals
if anything others should study as he already made around 100k in a single day as a 1man

                [...]
The pet doesn't even save you that gameplay time, it literally gives you all the effects of a certain activity in the game at once. Normally you pick 1 god out of 10 for a benefit (something like 30% bonus damage or easier training of something else) and the new pet just gives you all 10 of the abilities at the same time, something that isn't possible elsewhere. It also applies to all characters at once and on your way to getting that pet you get a bunch of other overpowered abilities too.

On top of that a "f2p" player can get a single roll at the pet week, so your odds of getting the good one are pretty much 0 with that ~10 week time limit

you get access to everything from the activity without even having it, you dont have to touch it ever, even if you dont have it unlocked you get EVERYTHING

It is different because potential new players on steam look at the page, see negative and go away
Word spreads etc. Some people read comment and quickly decide they dont want to have anything to do with it.
Also some people just filter negative/mixed games so that helps hiding trash even further.
And devs know it thats why they hate it, can't even pay off journos or make thousands of bot accs as 0.1h garbage reviews actually get deleted unlike the 500h ones
