Instant Coffee for example (The nice aussie stuff) needs to be heated to just under boiling. It does actually make a noticeable difference.

Pet insurance doesn't work like that unfortunately. It's reimbursements. You still need to pony up the full amount up front then file a claim to, in my companies case, get 90% of the money back.
