Brother you can escape. I quit warframe and recently genshin impact. It feels so good to not have any dailies or grindshit in my life. I did think about coming back to warframe but after seeing all the new hamster wheels I said "Nope". Only worth is looking at my cool characters once in a while, maybe play a mission or two.
I remember the exact moment years ago that I realized I was playing Hearthstone pretty much strictly to finish the dailies and immediately uninstalled it, along with 2 other mobage that were complete timesinks.
Fortunately, I can now recognize those same wheels and realize that it does not matter if I miss a log-in bonus or whatever. Any specific game does not need to be a part of your daily schedule. "If it's not fun, why botber?"

FFXI. I don't play it but I'm always thinking about this game. I recently uninstalled and the private server I was on is fucking dead. But I also don't wanna move to a new server and start over.
I think it's because I know it's really fun, but I never got to see that fun because the server I was on was so shitty. I guess I'll have to start over and just try to get through the story.
