If it really works like this i can see it being either really good or average depending on your luck in drawing skills.

He's a fantastic little ID. Though he doesn't pull out massive easy damage numbers on his own (His S3 is kinda shit due to the conditional never triggering if he's in a standard team), his S1 just lets him tank without an issue, his S2 is god-tier, and best of all, you can Leger spam to your heart's desire iwth it - and Leger is really fricking good.
I've taken him to MD2 Hard nonstop, and RR2, and he's performed really well. Just don't take him on fights where everything is resistant to him.

Sinking does Gloom damage so against enemies like the doll it gets bonus damage because he's weak to gloom. Rupture is basically the same but it has no affinity so it isn't affected by any resistances at all(It's also harder to stack than sinking which is why sinking is winning).

I've taken him to MD2 Hard nonstop, and RR2, and he's performed really well. Just don't take him on fights where everything is resistant to him.
