I played D4 with GF, she liked it the most. We tried LittleBigPlanet, but she did't like it. Any 2-4 co-op platformer is also fine (Castle Crashers off the top of my head). Overcooked is a fun game, but I couldn't get my GF or anyone else for that matter to play it.

You should in theory be able to play any game with your girlfriend. But I will say It Takes Two actually is a great co-op game and is fun with your girlfriend.

Tomb Raider I mostly play and she helps me when I get stuck. Croc we alternate levels. Fallout she helps me decide which quests to do and some of my dialogue options.
