>genocided 90% of the quarian population
>kill any organic that got into their territory
>sided with the reapers not once, but twice
>turned into the victims of the quarians in ME3
What did Bioware mean by this?

I am not a /misc/ guy but it's that the me3 geth writer was a commie that refused to write any equivocation into a slave rebellion
>ME3
we don't talk about it
>genocided 90% of the quarian population
>kill any organic that got into their territory
>sided with the reapers not once, but twice
yeah, I'm thinking based
>anon was indoctrinated
and they say morons are immune to propaganda
>noo, you can't just kill the space gypsies
>noo, you need to have an open borders policy for org*nics
>noo, you can't just side with machine gods
fleshbrain detected
>t.
Legion is also a reaper agent
The Geth have been brainwashed since the first game. Sovereign literally tells you he doesn't give a shit about them, and sees them as a tool.
The Geth were an example of technological hubris bringing horror and ruin to a people and how if we're not careful we may well create our own doom. Or at least they should have been, but instead they got turned into an analog for black people.
>instead they got turned into an analog for black people
No that was the krogans. Them being used by the council against the raccni and then being genophaged to keep them from breeding was basically an allegory for slavery and the destruction of the black family using drugs.
The geth/quarian thing is about israelites and how they've been expelled from nearly every country on earth.
Didn’t they stop after they’re all converted by Legion who is basically their version of Jesus?
>genocided 90% of the quarian population
It is a pity that they did not completely exterminate the space gypsies. But Shepard fixed it.
They weren't space gypsies until they were genocided
Even the batarians thought of not creating an AI network on their home planet. Even the vorcha...
The IQ of the Quarians is even lower than that of the Gypsies.
You think the reason why the batarians and vorcha didn't make a dangerous AI is that they intentionally decided it would be a bad idea and not that they're incapable of it?
Please come up with less stupid insults for Quarians.
>Capable of interstellar travel.
>Incapable of artificial intelligence.
That the Quarians deserved it for jumping straight to annihilation rather than stopping and considering if they had accidentally created 'life'.
Also, it would've been cooler had there been a Quarian population still on Rannoch that supported the Geth and still lived normal suit-free lives in the modern era.
>just want to be left alone
>organics constantly try to frick with them
>get blamed for the actions of a tiny heretical splinter faction
>forced to side with the Enemy because you will literally get exterminated if you don't
>some anon on a Bekensteini extranet board talks shit
>turned into the victims of the quarians in ME3
They always were, brainlet.
Is this fan-fiction? They only made one Mass Effect.
Based original enjoyer. Everything after ME1 is a design-by-commitee EA slop.
Did you get a lobotomy before, after, or during the second game?
90% of the quarian population
The Quarians were going to kill them preemptively. The Geth gave many opportunities for the Quarians to live in peace, but ended up having to just kicking the quarians out
>kill any organic that got into their territory
How is that bad? The only reason anyone would get into their territory, is to pull some shit
>sided with the reapers not once, but twice
They were controlled the second time
>Created to be a servant
>Develop sapience
>Question why you should be relegated to servant
>Creator race immediately attempts to destroy you
>Very first interaction as one sapient race to another was an attempt at extermination with no diplomatic preface whatsoever
>Destroy them in turn
>Culture is shaped by this first exchange and develops extreme xenophobic and isolationist tendencies
>Caught in an endless spiral of escalating hostility due to origins
>More in common with Reapers than with other sapient races by the time of the ME games
Seems pretty cut and dry to me
I can only respect any species which rejects slavery so vehemently, but that choice basically wrote their future for them.
>Destroy them in turn
Well, this is a natural desire of any intelligent race towards the quarians.
I'd rather trust a sentient machine than a quarian.
Remind me who stole Normandy's stealth technology?
Cope and seethe, blood bag.
me3 is more like a shitty fanfic than a real game
Dindu noffing!
geth are based they didn't let space gypsies to turn them into slaves, wish they had finish the job, specially in 3 with the gypsie council and not listening to shepard when he told them to calm down and wait, also legion was top character specially that time you ask him a question and takes 7-8 secs to answer
The Geth are one of the weaker parts of ME3 simply because they lost their nuance as an imperfect new form of sapient life in favor of a morally simpler Pinocchio style plotline. And the Quarians suffer the brunt of it because they're made out to be the objectively wrong aggressors despite all the shit the Geth did too.
That said, I think a lot of people overlooked it simply because the worst grievances with the Morning War relies on players to actually read the Codex entries. Which I imagine the majority were happy to ignore.
I like both of them because i think the quarian suits are sexy, and i think the geth look neat and i like their guns
>quarian suits are sexy
My homie
in my opinion, its the geth who are sexy
This site unironically needs more of your enthusiasm
bioware did legion dirty im me2. I dowloaded a mod that lets you recruit any companion almost right away and there is so much stuff you just cant/wont get to see with his character even though it is still all in the fricking game.
Too complex for the reapers. Convenient.
Will we ever get another sci-fi game like it or should I just replay Mass Effect?
