Not yet, so far it's only Mondstat's characters. But the rules says the characters added in this banner will either be standard characters or limited characters who had 2 reruns on top of their initial run. So they'll probably add other characters in the following patches.

The Neuv/Kazuha banner might very well be the best banner they ever released.
Only banner I can think that was this good was Hu Tao/Yelan. That banner got me to get a Yelan for C1 and both weapons. That was first weapon banner I ever rolled for.
Weapon banner pity starts off 11 pulls earlier and ramps up faster. It also has 75% on one of the two rate up weapons. If you get unlucky with the new banner you're doing 160 to 170 pulls just for the weapon. That's already close to the worst case scenario for weapons banner triple pity (around 180), except that guarantees 2 limited weapons (not unlikely to be 3 limited weapons). It's really not as good as you think
I've spent over 200 wishes to get the weapon I wanted twice. Maybe I just have terrible luck. But even with the worst luck possible you're still spending less wishes (180, almost impossible) in the new banner

As long as you choose to pull on higher value banner it should always be better to pull on the weapons banner. Oh, and the rate is outright higher for the weapons banner, not just the pity being earlier.
getting unlucky on the weapon banner is well over 200 pulls vs 150-160 here and the 50% rate here isnt shared with another weapon. Also this is the only banner you can get beacon or hunters path for now, so anyone wanting those weapons has to roll here

I understand that, it's very likely once a weapon goes into this banner it's not going to be in the weapons banner ever again. Asides from Beacon or Hunter's it's unlikely anyone should pull for a weapon here if they skipped it 3+ times in the weapons banner already. This should have been a separate banner with higher rate for weapons, and it's not as good as it initially seems like. It's extra scummy that the guarantee won't carry over between updates like with the limited banners too

Actually even for the weapons banner if you get an off banner the next one is guaranteed to be limited even for the next banner. It's extra scummy for characters though since casual players will assume they have guaranteed in the next update.

yelan ran before hu tao so id put my money on her first but the characters who are eligable are ganyu, kokomi, yelan, childe and hu tao in with ganyu being the longest since last rerun and hu tao being the most recent rerun. plus tighnari, deyha, qiqi, and keqing. so some combination of these characters.
This time I'll make my Yelan go from C1 to C2. Best character I've ever rolled for, has been in my main team and all my Abyss teams since her very first banner.

Mainstats are DEF%/Geo DMG/Crit regardless of what you choose.
Liney is already alongside Hu Tao.

Klee is a good character. Very good in fact. It's just that people REALLY don't want to learn how to play her properly, which requires cancels. She's very potent in monopyro or with Furina and Xianyun.
If you like her and want to pull for her, she's definitely not a brick. The abyss doesn't even favour Fontaine, you can clear with older units just fine.

it's alright for both character and weapons. The upside when you lose 50/50 it's to whatever is on the current banner you chose, so you could lose the 50/50 to klee or eula ect. if you chose the character banner

How would that work though? I believe Liyue has 2 standard (kechink and 77), Inazuma has none, and Sumeru has 2 (tig and dehya). They'd have to borrow a Mond standard which kinda breaks the point of a region specific banner. Genuinely no clue how they'd do an Inazuma one without a single standard from there

that would be a fun shitshow but considerably harder to get the character you actually want. I'd only consider rolling on this banner if I wanted at least half of the characters. It seems best for newer players that don't have any of the three limiteds and very few standards. It sounds like the 4* will be truly random like the standard banner though which helps new players get single copies of a number of 4*s they don't have along the way
Even as a F2P you don't have an excuse anymore, you've had 3.5 years to build at least 2 decent teams. Some luckier anons probably even have 3 or 4 to mix around.
NTA but I'd much rather use my monthly 10 or so Blue Primos on a 50/50 chance to get either a character I want or a weapon as opposed to a random pool of around 15 outcomes, half of which are useless weapons and useless constellations for useless characters.
I completely skipped this patch, didn't really care for another Liyue ichiban expansion. Chiori looks great but I think I'm pretty content with getting Navia and her weapon and leaving it at that, though I heard Chiori is pretty good with her.

I certainly do, I've been wanting Dehya since she dropped but couldn't justify pulling on her banner. I'm at the point where I want to lose the 50/50 just to have a chance at getting her. I also use aggravate Keqing regularly so more cons for her are always appreciated. Seeing the 50/50 as a pure loss is something I think only 1.0 players do and this new banner allows people to take on a controlled amount of risk as "losing" the 50/50 can still get you a different character you want rather than standard slop

worst case it sounds like if a character is older and has had 3 banners or more, their weapon will appear with them, doing so would let you grab their weapon with the new system.

I'd imagine it's probably due to how the standard banner is designed. Genshin doesn't really regularly add to the standard banner like some other gachas do. If you could actually do a ten-roll every week, everyone would probably have multiple C6 5-stars and multiple copies of every weapon by now. There also the fact that every item in the standard banner can be obtained in the limited banners.
In order to justify giving a ten-roll every week, they'd need to regularly add more shit to it.

I'm F2P and I saved for a C6 because I already have every character I want
If I could get a C6 char in the current state of the game then if you could do a tenner every week then they'd need to make more characters faster or we'd all have every char at C6

Not really, it just means you're not going to get your 14th Chongyun and Xingiu, and will instead get other 4*s from a broader swathe.

Both types of wishes just come from gems anyways. Even if you do all of the content in a patch, you still only get like at-most 20 blue wishes. So it would take you several months to get a 5* at all, let alone one you'd want.

As someone that had to roll on Eula's 3.8 rerun banner, I already have Thoma and Razor at C6, so 2/3rds of the on-banner 4*s turned into dust for me, which also means I was robbed of my "guaranteed 4* every 10 pulls." There's basically no easy way to bookmark artifacts, so they instead put the better stuff onto 4* units, so that they can easy ear-mark each good artifact with Amber's face or Kaeya's face.
She's a pretty straightforward character to play. You collect piss rocks generated by your Zhongli/Albedo/Ningguang and when you're at 3+ shrapnels you use one of your E charges and get a lucky crit and blow off half of enemy's health away.
her burst is almost always active for me so i don't need other geo characters for shards
i just switch to her when it's time to use skills on 4-6 shards

that's if you've really optimized your rotation. usually I just pop Furina's E, maybe Q, then do Navia's whole string without buffing in between because typically she doesn't need much more than something applying an element so she can bake chips with cannonfire
also she should be built to emphasize CR over CD. 75% CR is a good place to start, but the closer to always, the better. She needs to crit to do good damage, and the crit multiplier + shrapnel multiplier make her crits worth at least 4x damage from what I've seen, and buffs can make that 10x or something disgusting like that

Hell, she can solo basically all the main world content she's that absurd. I use her on my commission team and even someone as useless as a level 40 Chongyun's E is enough to get her enough crystals spawned to one-shot or close to one-shot like half of what I fight.
once you get her to the point where she routinely hits for 150k+ without buffs it's great. like you just walk up to a sleeping hilichurl and blast the homie in the dome for 200k, it's great
i have been farming her artifact domain since i got her and so far i've only gotten 2 non-abysmal pieces out of 5. so i actually can't wait to start using her but at this pace it's not gonna happen for a year or so at least
I have 5 teams and use them all at least once, usually Navia and Keqing teams on the lower floors, then Hu Tao, Raiden and Neuv on the higher ones. Never usually bother with floor 12 though because lazy.
The orphans view themselves as children of the Tsaritsa. So she is Mother and whoever leads the House of the Hearth is Father. There are other titles too like the guy who ordered delusions given to the watatsumi rebels was called Teacher.
Chronicled wish is a limited banner that works like the weapon banner except you only have to get one fate instead of two for the guarantee

It would have been nice to have it permanently in place for the standard banner targets. I like that losing on the new system has a chance to land some non-standard characters/weapons though. The primo/wish cost per cycle is pretty bad for F2Ps though.
I think that 1 point system is also there so you don't switch sides during your rolling, like, you choose the character's path, lost your 50/50, are guaranteed to get what you want next and somehow you decide to go to the weapon instead. It's a way to prevents that.

considering the faq makes it sound like there wont be a chronicled wish every single patch, i dont really blame them for having the fate not roll over with it. it could be several patches between chronicled wishes or they could be back to back depending on the banner schedule. this is just a way for them to fit every character into a patch cycle. in theory it would have to become permanent at some point because there will simply be too many characters, but its gonna be a while before we hit that point still.

Weapon banner pity starts off 11 pulls earlier and ramps up faster. It also has 75% on one of the two rate up weapons. If you get unlucky with the new banner you're doing 160 to 170 pulls just for the weapon. That's already close to the worst case scenario for weapons banner triple pity (around 180), except that guarantees 2 limited weapons (not unlikely to be 3 limited weapons). It's really not as good as you think
I've spent over 200 wishes to get the weapon I wanted twice. Maybe I just have terrible luck. But even with the worst luck possible you're still spending less wishes (180, almost impossible) in the new banner
As long as you choose to pull on higher value banner it should always be better to pull on the weapons banner. Oh, and the rate is outright higher for the weapons banner, not just the pity being earlier.
getting unlucky on the weapon banner is well over 200 pulls vs 150-160 here and the 50% rate here isnt shared with another weapon. Also this is the only banner you can get beacon or hunters path for now, so anyone wanting those weapons has to roll here
I understand that, it's very likely once a weapon goes into this banner it's not going to be in the weapons banner ever again. Asides from Beacon or Hunter's it's unlikely anyone should pull for a weapon here if they skipped it 3+ times in the weapons banner already. This should have been a separate banner with higher rate for weapons, and it's not as good as it initially seems like. It's extra scummy that the guarantee won't carry over between updates like with the limited banners too

Klee is a good character. Very good in fact. It's just that people REALLY don't want to learn how to play her properly, which requires cancels. She's very potent in monopyro or with Furina and Xianyun.
If you like her and want to pull for her, she's definitely not a brick. The abyss doesn't even favour Fontaine, you can clear with older units just fine.

I certainly do, I've been wanting Dehya since she dropped but couldn't justify pulling on her banner. I'm at the point where I want to lose the 50/50 just to have a chance at getting her. I also use aggravate Keqing regularly so more cons for her are always appreciated. Seeing the 50/50 as a pure loss is something I think only 1.0 players do and this new banner allows people to take on a controlled amount of risk as "losing" the 50/50 can still get you a different character you want rather than standard slop

If you could actually do a ten-roll every week, everyone would probably have multiple C6 5-stars and multiple copies of every weapon by now. She's a pretty straightforward character to play. You collect piss rocks generated by your Zhongli/Albedo/Ningguang and when you're at 3+ shrapnels you use one of your E charges and get a lucky crit and blow off half of enemy's health away.
her burst is almost always active for me so i don't need other geo characters for shards
i just switch to her when it's time to use skills on 4-6 shards

that's if you've really optimized your rotation. usually I just pop Furina's E, maybe Q, then do Navia's whole string without buffing in between because typically she doesn't need much more than something applying an element so she can bake chips with cannonfire
also she should be built to emphasize CR over CD. 75% CR is a good place to start, but the closer to always, the better. She needs to crit to do good damage, and the crit multiplier + shrapnel multiplier make her crits worth at least 4x damage from what I've seen, and buffs can make that 10x or something disgusting like that

Navia doesn't need much ER. Hell with C1 you can get away with base 100% ER as long as there's another geo on the team.
I think that 1 point system is also there so you don't switch sides during your rolling, like, you choose the character's path, lost your 50/50, are guaranteed to get what you want next and somehow you decide to go to the weapon instead. It's a way to prevents that.

considering the faq makes it sound like there wont be a chronicled wish every single patch, i dont really blame them for having the fate not roll over with it. it could be several patches between chronicled wishes or they could be back to back depending on the banner schedule. this is just a way for them to fit every character into a patch cycle. in theory it would have to become permanent at some point because there will simply be too many characters, but its gonna be a while before we hit that point still.

IIRC Aggravate prefers a bit more ATK% over EM for its buffs, but both is ideal. I also run ATK% sands because Nahida gives free 250 EM.
