For Chiori's E every enemies are wall and any teleportation away from your current target has to be done manually in the clunkiest way possible for a combat teleport

If Chiori's blink is like Alhaitham's, yes she does. And Because the game is horizontal you want c1 Yelan(best bang for buck) and then either Wanderer or Cloud Retainer and Kazuha as the second anemo for resonance.

C6 Chiori is high sustained dps in close quarters, it's not bursty and safe enough like C6's Yelan to ensure you will never get it
You'll be able to solo shit with her (just like people solo with Keqing) but it will be incredibly slow for a C6 char while Furina doesn't give a shit about any of that
And, as I've said, at C6, Furina fits many more rôle
She also has a better designed kit overall with better animations and unique gimmicks

Xianyun can joomp and it's pretty fun, especially when you get C1. But Chiori has a fairly long teleport too, which is probably also useful, but not as as smooth. For combat they both seem pretty niche if you don't have characters to make use of them
Geo flex characters are nice to have so you could roll on Chiori if you want her over Zhong or Albedo.
You don't need an anemo DPS so that's not a good reason to roll for Xianyun, meta wise she's okay if you like plunging but if you don't like that don't roll. For exploration she's alright but not worth it just for that.
I'm not gonna have many gems to use for her if she's in the next patch

I suppose it helps when you're not interested in most characters, recently I've gotten Wrio, Furina, now Xianyun and then I'll get Chiori, but it's still like two months between each of them
I'm planning to replace Albedo with her, Alb is kinda annoying in a lot of fights since the flower keeps getting destroyed, I assume the floating dolls won't have that issue. And yeah the design is top tier plus the way you switch characters by using her skill seems cool

My rotation is Furina EQ > Jean Q > Layla E > Neuv shoop da whoop. He does around 19k a tick to Masanori. Obviously I need to improve his crit, it's poor right now. Maybe swap the CR circlet for CD? And getting proto amber to lvl 90 or his sig weapon would help

Xiangling is an amazing support when paired with Bennett, the two of them together are a staple of many endgame teams. Keka Dendro MC Fischl is going to provide the most immediate power. Keka is strong because she is good at exploiting Fischl's second passive in dendro teams.
Aggravate with Keka, DMC, Fichl and Sucrose, Keka is playable without any healer.
Second team can just be muh national with Furina in last slot instead of Sucrose.

Most characters that need to burst are useless for the overworld because they don't even gain enough energy back to clear out the next camp.
Healers with heals that don't instantly full heal the party or follow the character are useless.

At this point it's incredibly obvious the game will not meaningfully evolve until EoS and my pumped out superbloom/eimiko will be able to clear anything I want therefore I can afford to pull a couple bricks.

Nobody mentions how bad the rock farming is, if you want to create 30 weapon exp per day (30 is Max) you have to fully farm the map at least once every 3-4 days, which means you end up having to just go through the map just farming rocks.
They need to make it so that you can create more than 30 so you never have to worry about the cap, because you can just craft however much you want when you want.
If you have to have the rocks to craft the 30 every day then if you don't do it you just miss out on all the days you missed permanently.

If Chiori's blink is like Alhaitham's, yes she does. And Because the game is horizontal you want c1 Yelan(best bang for buck) and then either Wanderer or Cloud Retainer and Kazuha as the second anemo for resonance.

Xianyun can joomp and it's pretty fun, especially when you get C1. But Chiori has a fairly long teleport too, which is probably also useful, but not as as smooth. For combat they both seem pretty niche if you don't have characters to make use of them
I have Keqing already it's only clunky when you need to be precise about where you teleport
Geo flex characters are nice to have so you could roll on Chiori if you want her over Zhong or Albedo.
You don't need an anemo DPS so that's not a good reason to roll for Xianyun, meta wise she's okay if you like plunging but if you don't like that don't roll. For exploration she's alright but not worth it just for that.

Xiangling is an amazing support when paired with Bennett, the two of them together are a staple of many endgame teams. Keqing was considered pretty subpar for a long time, but she's much better ever since they released dendro element. At your level it doesn't really matter, just play whatever feels the most fun. If you're looking for strong characters to roll for, Nahida is currently having a rerun banner and she's one of the strongest characters in the game. In a month or so, Neuvillette will have his rerun banner, and he's literally the strongest character in the game.

Aggravate with Keka, DMC, Fichl and Sucrose, Keka is playable without any healer.
Second team can just be muh national with Furina in last slot instead of Sucrose.

It's for early game viability. Energy needs are the same at AR1 and AR45+, but energy recharge is much easier to aquire in the late game.

Tighnari is completely single target and requires a specific team + level 90 to be 'decent', he's a lot weaker than other standard characters. And no, Chiori's cons are legitimtaely good, she's strong as frick at c6, stronger than most limited characters by a huge margin.

Nobody mentions how bad the rock farming is, if you want to create 30 weapon exp per day (30 is Max) you have to fully farm the map at least once every 3-4 days, which means you end up having to just go through the map just farming rocks.
They need to make it so that you can create more than 30 so you never have to worry about the cap, because you can just craft however much you want when you want.
If you have to have the rocks to craft the 30 every day then if you don't do it you just miss out on all the days you missed permanently.
I had fun doing that with friends back in the day.

How many weapons do you actually level that you need so many. I'm constantly drowning in that shit and I barely level.
Rocks still have a respawn time so I doubt you could level to max in a day with just rocks even if you removed the craft limit.
