How? Palworld doesn't fix any of the issues Pokemon has.
Pokemon suffers from shit NPCs, a poor technical state, not giving online PvP the attention it deserves and shit Pokemon designs, and Palworld suffers the same.
All Palworld does is force the same crafting/survival/looting shit that plagues almost every Triple A nowadays, which are mechanics aimed at artificially increasing a game's length without actually providing you with real content.
If you were to apply the lessons from Palworld all you'd get would be Scarlet and Violet but with base building and where you have to spend hours farming to get the items that you'd normally just buy at a shop.

It's because it's shiny dogshit instead of dull dogshit or dogrrhea. Legends Arceus was basically a tech demo that was pretty empty and pretty ugly, but had enough of the right features to be interesting at the very least. I enjoyed it until I played something else and got standards again.

And second the goal in Pokemon is to take part in official Pokemon battles, the entire franchise you are entering the official competitive Pokemon battle scene in order to become the best at it, and there's a reason why the game ends once you defeat the Champion, the best trainer in the region, because you achieved your goal of becoming the best.
