In Japan recent RE games get two versions, a censored and uncensored version.
Demo are always based on the censored version because it's easier to distribute since using an uncensored version requires them to charge a credit card 10 yen by law which means kids who used prepaid cards can't play it.

This is dishonest, and suggests a lack of soul and attention to detail on the developer's part. No panties, no buy. Simple as.

My best description for this game is what if RE4 got the Twin Snake treatment for PS3/360, and when it came to remastering it, they got fucking Bluepoint to do it.
