              Power Blade was being advertised in magazines before it even got its US make over and name, and here it is for sale at Toys 'R Us in 91 apparently for 20$

          Japanese version of the game the character looks like Mega Man with a boomerang. A former NP staff was hired by Taito and he decided to redesign to character into the Schwarzenegger clone, he also added the more mazelike levels and it ended up being a much better game for it.

      They turned their best IPs into pachinko machines. Like Castlevania for instance. At least Konami is now making some nice game collections of the old stuff tho.

    The NES version has it's difficulty cranked up to the point where it's not really fun anymore. Famicom version is much more fun by comparison.

    When you have a look at the other belt scrollers that were released at the time this game came outt in Japan, you'll realize how unfairly treated it is

    oh and it did the whole cinematic action game thing that mixes various gameplay elements long before others too
