I would play most games if the gameplay is compelling enough, bad graphics or not, but bad art for a porn game is a major downside for me. Like, it kinda defeats the whole point. It's so bad that the few porn games that are good with said quality of graphics, you play them in spite of that, like Black Souls.

This game is what happens when the "git gud" crowd is given free reign. They're too fricking stupid do good design so they just make things clunky and messy but also difficult so they can deflect criticism with "git gud".
They also shove their shitty politics into the game.
The combat system is mediocre at best, being a below-average example of a common RPG maker game stuffed with a random action combat system. The whole game is focused on ryona, yet it's really, really easy to excel, meaning that it's yet another "lose on purpose to see sex" game. It's stuffed with unnecessary elements, like a skill tree that gates non-combat actions, for some reason. The gameplay loop revolves around random encounters, I guess because real design takes effort. There is little to no outfit/character modification for scenes.
I actually can't think of anything good to say about it. It's legitimately bad.
This game is so easy that it's broken, so you really do need to just git gud.

Lots of piercings and a serviceable amount of outfits. Compared to most RPGMaker games, this is a very high effort game.

there's some novelty and enjoyment in 'figuring things out' but once you do it's incredibly deterministic (which is fine) and tedious (which is unforgivable)
It's got a decent base for an action rpg, but it's own mechanics work against it. The mechanics around stamina and exhaustion are a hindrance rather than an enjoyable aspect, and even though the combat and monsters are -rightfully- balanced so you lose, get raped and die a lot, it doesn't allow for wank sessions to see more than the sewer goblins and maybe some townsfolk

Currently I don't think there's any routes that leads to a happy life as a living fleshlight, but might be in future updates as there is a (non-functional) prostitute-outfit that supposedly brainwashes you the longer you wear it. So I'm hopeful.

It's extremely unpleasant to play on multiple levels. First, it fails out of the gate for trying to be a "hardcore survival sex game". This is like trying to make a mature thriller where all the characters look and talk like they're in Sesame Street, it's a complete genre mismatch.
People play H games to jerk off. They don't play them to spend hours micromanaging the leveling system and farming rats with hit and run tactics.
Next, it's just shit. Even if you treat it as a game with porn being unrelated, it's a chore to play with no reward because it's so malformed and boring.

Are there "con" sex scenes? Like, in general, what does the game have to offer? It's obviously looks like a spiritual successor to Violated Heroine, but Violated Heroine, apart from all the rape and torture, had a ton of other content. Does this one hold up?

There are H scenes the art is pretty good, and the combat is serviceable. Character progression is brutal and I liked the story so far.
