sadly yes. you have partisans 1941 and war mongrels, but they're clearly more along commandos alley. I do appreciate men of war series exists if you want a more tactical approach.
i want to like top down stealth games but after trying the demos a couple of times i keep loosing interest just minutes in

There's a demo. It's like the other games but a bit more open ended. I haven't played the full game but I'll get to it once I'm done with JA3.
outside of the awful writing and aesthetics it's the same shit but with less inspired level design
mimimi has always been shit at level design. just when i want more challenging levels it ends. makes these games feel more repetitive than they are

It's a fantasy game first and foremost. Magic is the important part separating it from desperados and st.
