Because I've already replayed vanilla multiple times, analmeme gaymma is shit and Tarkov isn't a single-player campaign, also because the dev is based af and doing lots of cool shit, like the AI having very unique behavior for a SP game.
In the first demo I played for a short time, you play on a big "open" map where a few enemies will respawn and hunt you down. They're actively tracking you down across the sandbox but they don't magically know where you are, so you can evade them or hunt them down instead. Besides STALKER he's influenced by Day-Z and the whole thing he's going for is trying to replicate the feeling of sandbox PvP encounters with AI behaving like online players but as a single-player campaign. I don't think I've played another SP shooter with this kind of feel.
He also makes a lot of in-depth vlogs about his development (like AI hunting behavior patterns and flanking tactics) and it's really interesting, he's a thoughtful and talented dev, built a lot of custom tools which is why he managed to port over to Godot easily.

Barely catching enemy running into the distance in corner of my scope then disappearing into the forest. It's the kind of random moment you typically see in PVP but never in SP games. You don't know if he saw you, do you stay hidden, engage from distance, or stealthily track him down? Makes sense?
Open it in full screen to see better but yes that's the point, getting ambushed and hunting in the dark, can't see shit except muzzle flash and gunshot audio to position the enemy, that's peak survival hobo stalkan. That's from the first demo before he added NVG and I loved it because again, thrills of hobo phase shit.

Unironically hating Godot is peak moronation it's open source and free. And considering the rug pull unity did and back tracked means door is wide open for it to happen again you should be very cautious as a dev using UE or unity because if you think for a second things are getting better in this world and not just the begining of the shit storm you are in for a surprise
