Wanted to play but i'm not sure what gameplay does it have, is it similar to skyrim or is it more like a puzzle game focused on the story with no combat?
It's solid. I was disappointed by the reveal, and by some of the limitations I discovered while playing the game, but overall I'm quite satisfied. It was worth the money.
I've never played this but I hold the belief that if anyone made a video game about the ancient roman military machine and it wasn't absolute aids it would be quite popular. Even shitty rome games get a lot of buzz because rome rocked the shit and everyone loves rome.
I've never heard of this game ergo it's probably not good.
>if anyone made a video game about the ancient roman military machine and it wasn't absolute aids it would be quite popular.
ryse son of rome
it wasnt popular
>made a video game about the ancient roman military machine
That's not what this game is about. It's about a bunch of random romans who found themselves in The Forgotten City. The shtick is that They live under an extremely strict law where a single crime committed by anyone in the community will be punishable the execution of every member of the community. Or so they believe
Actually the schtick is that they're living under an extremely strict moral code that they don't even understand, that they interpret through their own lens from the three failures that they are literally built ontop of, so divorced from the original law that they have no hope of following it.
Great game, but you wont get any discussion here, game actually needs you to connect dots and figure out shit

>puzzle game focused on the story
yes. also there is combat
>is it similar to skyrim or is it more like a puzzle game focused on the story with no combat?
Its puzzle and story focused, with some combat
What the frick would make anyone think that this has anything to do with Skyrim whatsoever.
HOW SMOOTH does your brain have to be.
It's a skyrim mod turned game
it began as a skyrim mod and then they just made it into a full game instead
>different engine
>different genre
>different fricking company
Yeah nah it's a Skyrim mod, don't let anyone fool you. You got to find the dragon claw to get through the first door.

Is it essentially the same plot as the Skyrim mod or is it different?

Just like real societies.
I vaguely remember playing the skyrim mod, wasn't there time travel?
yes
Game seems pretty pozzed to me
define 'pozzed'
Turns out it's both, and that's fine.
