chuubas start playing the watermelon game, the game explodes in popularity and becomes more mainstream, the developers come and say something along the lines of "you can't stream the game anymore, streaming this game is prohibited" or some shit, chuubas take that as a personal insult and move to another similar game but made specifically for them to play, the developer panics and says "h-haha i-it was just a prank bro you can keep streaming the game" but by then all the chuubas moved to the fan game.
No, he said you couldnt clip it, then went back on it due to backlash.
Japs are truly a special breed of stupid, you got this MASSIVE fricking hit, a game that's been on the shop for 2 years, and your autism almost fricks it up.
I have seen some guy named Hibaru who I subscribed to on YouTube for Pokémon stuff play through this game. Seems like it is getting pretty popular outside of Japan; do we have a new Tetris on our hands?
it's a free browser game but you can buy an app/switch version if you want to
[...]
?
this game has become a twitch meme with streamers playing it during queues. i saw one girl try it and she ended up maining it until 3 AM unintentionally
You forgot HiFi Rush, Pizza Tower, AC6, and Lies of P. How many of those are on a nintendo console?
Too late now, everyone took the warning and fricked off to the toober version
I hate the mouse controls and the slight difference in physics and scoring makes the purist autismo in me screech. That being said:
Ludwig version will have pvp
Bijou version already is showing several different maps (ie instead of the default tall boy its a shallow short one, or one where you play on a slant, etc) and looks like one of the most polished rips of the game
Considering it's actually a video game, it probably should win the 2023 GOTY by default. Especially since games like Pizza Tower, Gravity Circuit and HiFi Rush don't have a shit in the septic tank to get it anyway.
I don't know, so far I haven't found one as good as the switch version of Suika. Most of the parody versions have far worse physics, like the Touhou version posted above the objects hardly move, and it takes a really long time before your choices start to feel like they matter. Meanwhile in Suika game a misplaced fruit early on feels like something I need to fix ASAP because it'll get in the way later on, and you get the fun of rolling pieces around or trying to shove a cherry in somewhere to push another fruit somewhere else. Or in the Botan one the objects are just way too bouncy and so there's little predictability and it's far to forgiving because they'll just bounce around until they combine.
>just
It's from 2021, you dumbass
same reason it's on everyone's mouth nowadays- some eceleb (in this case -may Allah forgive me- vt*bers frok Japan) streaming it this year and gettimg traction from that
>le wacky physics game where the le wacky physics randomly launch your fruit above the line with no agency so you can get a wacky clip for your streaming audience
not for me
unironically the only new game I've played this year is holocure and now that I think about it I'm pretty sure even that came out in 2022
otherwise like 90% of my gaming time in 2023 has been spent on TF2, Magic Arena and fricking mobile solitaire
It's not even that I can't get into new games anymore (if I had to pick a GOTY based purely on "stuff I played this year" and not "stuff that came out this year" I'd probably go with kuru kuru kururin) I just can't get into *new* games
and it's a very new phenomenon since even last year I was still playing stuff like neon white and cult of the lamb just fine
>nooooo you can't just stream our game making it successful and popular
Autism.
I think he went back on that. Absolute dipshit though. No idea whats in the water over in japan
?

Almost? From that other post it sounds like it's already over for them.
Na its sitll being streamed and he just dropped a halloween patch for it.
And the actual english translation alongside chinese and the other chinese.
the frick is a chuuba
>but by then all the chuubas moved to the fan game
What's the fan game?
Too late now, everyone took the warning and fricked off to the toober version
What's that?
>not on steam
mobile shit then who cares frick you
Its on my gameboy
>GOTY 2023 just dropped
>it's Yoshi Topsy-Turvy (No-Tilt Patch)
I have seen some guy named Hibaru who I subscribed to on YouTube for Pokémon stuff play through this game. Seems like it is getting pretty popular outside of Japan; do we have a new Tetris on our hands?
Its 2048 with physics. Its brutal but fun.
It has nowhere near the depth or excitement of Tetris. It's just 2048 with physics. Once you know how to solve it, it becomes less fun.
It‘s literally a worse 2048
looks like a mobile game
Am i supposed to think thats a bad thing
>nintendo exclusive
It's shit.
it's a free browser game but you can buy an app/switch version if you want to
this game has become a twitch meme with streamers playing it during queues. i saw one girl try it and she ended up maining it until 3 AM unintentionally
the original is the switch one tho
ok, don't care
>GOTY is either Totk, Mario Wonder or Suika game
Swtich bros, this year GOTY is secured
You forgot HiFi Rush, Pizza Tower, AC6, and Lies of P. How many of those are on a nintendo console?

and Starfield
>slopfield
>all that slop
>GOTY
maybe Pizza tower has a pass but still kys
>Lies of P
absolutely
>HiFi Rush
not as fun as it could be + main girl is fricking dyke so no
Jank physics.
Ganker is mad at some baby game now?
Its a score attack game. Jesus, you dont even know what score attacking puzzle games are?
Ganker gets mad at anything that's on Nintendo platforms and not PlayStation.
Finally an anon with good taste
Dekopon dekopon.
>kuso game
>has an algorithm to spawn the worst fruits at the worst time
>inconsistent physics
https://ferdyslab.itch.io/suika-combination
Better version.
Objectivey, you can headpat the girls.
Yup! Best game!
post scores? first attempt
I will tomorrow probably, still trying to finish work, fricking wish it didn't rain today so I don't fall off a roof and die.
just got the big b***h on my first attempt too. Kinda boring
this game just doesn't end
just ended at 30k points
the game went on for way too long and I didn't even select "endless mode"
2/10 because the girls were cute
This actually is way better.
Fricking Touhou fans.
Considering it's actually a video game, it probably should win the 2023 GOTY by default. Especially since games like Pizza Tower, Gravity Circuit and HiFi Rush don't have a shit in the septic tank to get it anyway.
so what are the best versions of this game for PC and mobile, haven't seen anything yet that comes close to the switch version
I don't know, so far I haven't found one as good as the switch version of Suika. Released yesterday in the US
And if Among Us (2018) can win GOTY awards for being relevant in 2020 then release date doesn't even matter anymore.
uhhh...
meiraballs???
This is not the thread for that anon. Not that it should be acceptable to ritualpost in any thread.
I'm highly disappointed in fangame creators
Man, I wish I was into KR when Gaim was running. I would have loved a belt.
>Halloween mode's cloud doesn't change its face when you pause
SOVLLESS
>le wacky physics game where the le wacky physics randomly launch your fruit above the line with no agency so you can get a wacky clip for your streaming audience
not for me
>2048 but with ball dropping
