You can stay in Dragonform indefinitely, even after the gauge is 0, as long as you dodge cancel out of your combo finishers and keep mashing either attack button. This also lets you skip the slow starter part of the combos as well since his dragon form is very mash friendly.
My new favorite Slimepede method is immediately shift using Ragnarok form and start mashing autoaim projectiles. You can get 120 slimes by yourself at least, probably much more if you have a maxed out weapon.

Well no it's not a money pit or pay to win. The gacha aspects of it aren't that bad but it takes a lot of time to build your weapon grid and characters and it has a very outdated UI.

Kat is the third character I worked on after Rosetta and Charlotta. She feels pretty good to play with high cooldown reduction. What most people don't realize is that all of her skills put her at the end of her normal attack combo or start of your Y combo with Ares out. Also glaciate is pretty handy for skipping phases. Your score won't reflect this though

Pretty sure I had 1 on and I was not even reaching damage cap on the dummy and I do not have any of the damage cap sigils maxxed yet, so not even reaching the 65 level of damage cap.
Sure catastrophe adds another 100% damage can and I have over mastery too s there is that.

he didn’t even fully explain all the tech, you can tap stargaze 1 before any spell like fire or ice for even more damage and sba, but at that point io has so many things to remember that it becomes uncomfy to me

you can barely see the stargaze 1 being cast before his fire etc. it’s that fast. when i try to do it, it just fricks up my gameplay and makes me fumble more so i stopped trying
it’s probably easier on mouse and keyboard since they have direct skill hotkeys instead of having to hold right bumper to access skills

The video is good showcase of what Io can do at high skill level, but the flow can be simplified:
1. Stargaze 3 has similar dps value to Stargaze 5
2. Using skills automatically cancels Stargaze animation
3. Any Quick Casted Stargaze is better than losing QC opportunity to cast higher Stargaze level
IO is similar to Charlotta in that they have low skill floor but high skill ceiling, very fun to play and you can actually prep rotation like it's BLM in ffxiv raid

Just a variety of things for materials to uncap weapons or upgrade sigils. I usually do the proud missions that are the eyeballs + slow skelly and the ice rollypolly + 2 ice skellies for mats to turn in for Silver Centrum. You also get an decent amount of fortitude crystals as well. I've AFK farmed the goblin warrior + 2 griffins for materials to turn in for centrum. I've also went down to very hard/extreme for the champion and supreme vouchers to uncap weapons. Got my 6th war elemental from one of those fights so it doesn't need to be proud to get them.

The proud one is an arena. It is a goblin boss + 2 griffins right away. My AI partners are super geared so they can kill them no problem. I also just load up my character with a shit ton of HP and regen so they don't have to rez me as often.

It is usually around 15-19 crystals which is fine for a quest that I just leave in the background while I do work and also a ton of materials for other stuff. Things like the proud quest for eyeballs + slow skelly also drop valuable sigils such as crit rate V+

She's broken because her jump attack is powerful and builds SBA very quickly. If you have 4 properly built Ferrys on PBaha you can rotate SBAs until he dies phase one.

Her jump attack does triple the damage of any other tool in her kit and gives her like 5x SBA generation.
You literally ignore every skill, you just spam jump attack.

I have seen 1 bug in like 100 hours of gameplay. I fell through the lava after link attacking the fire worm boss.
Some connection issues and apparently a hadnful of characters have some OP exploits that may or may not be intended but the game is not buggy.
Game is pretty bug free (except for that save corruption bug which is brutal) but it is rather unbalanced. The few character exploits that are definitely unintended put them so far ahead of other characters.
Sure you can say that but this is not a fighting game where every character needs to be on an even keel.
No but utility in the game is hilariously skewed. In the endgame any skill or tool in a character that debuffs the enemy with attack down or defense down or buffs your character or party with either is simply useless. Any character with a CC like glaciate, slow, or paralyze is highly desired. Characters with exploited bugs like schlattnado who ALSO has a paralyze is just so far ahead of the curve from the others should really be patched.

I agree about the buffs/debuffs but they seem to be a part of the progress.
Probably why the captain has an assortment.
Its end game we are all at cap and can be done without buffs and resistances.
With enough damage sigils, when you do the wheel then combo into your charged Schlatt and do nothing, the wheel gets a HUGE boost its damage somehow for the last second or so of its duration, netting between 7-10m damage from that combo alone. That partnered with the fact that in link time, the wheel extends link time by a ludicrous amount and your cooldowns are so fast you can melt bosses by yourself easily.

No, you let it rip after a full charge, just do nothing afterwards like attack. Just stand there and your wheel damage is extreme for a second or so.

Just turn off autosave and do manual saves. The corruption happens when shit goes wrong during autosaves like between loading screens or connecting to people, etc.

It's pretty easy for Rosetta since there's no alternative, Spiral Rose, Rose Tycoon, Lost Love, Iron Maiden. Activate Iron Maiden before using Spiral Rose in melee and you'll shit damage.
Bouquet is a noob trap/shitter crutch.
Bouquet is alright against fast moving bosses like Id and Ice Wolf but yeah, 9/10 times you want Iron Maiden.

I ran the Rackam slimepede AHK for 5 hours using Eugen last night. I woke up to 40 azurite.

Have a really geared Eugen (or Rackam but he is weaker) that can 1 shot or close to 1 shot the slimes and a party of AI that can finish them off with high crit rate stats. Run the AHK. It basically just runs your character to the spot where the rainbow slime can spawn and spins in a circle continously shooting. Goal is to tag as any slimes as possible so your AI can kill them. Eugen can just outright kill them in a single shot though with enough gear. The AHK will automatically start the quest again since the quest is on a timer and run it over and over until you stop it.

Siegfried is fricked at the end of proud. Every second hit 1 shots me and 1 healer isn't enough anymore to keep me topped up. This basically invalidates his ability to constantly keep attack with perfect timing because you end up having to dodge more than not.
what's the problem? dodge is a true animation cancel and doesn't destroy your combo
follow up the dodge with a lunge if you're not confident you can get perfect timing on the next attack
I can dodge but the problem is his damage only stays competitive when he doesn't have to dodge.
I don't know about the damage comparisons at all but having to dodge once is not going to destroy your performance when you can immediately follow up with your next step in the combo.
That's what I'm saying. I had to dodge before for the big 1hit ko mechanics, but every once in a while. Now at the end of proud I have to dodge constantly, like every third hit and that craters my damage.
You have to dodge a shitton for Gallanza, and maybe the holy dragon if you're stuck in a bad place. I don't have to dodge nearly as much as you say you have to against anything else. Against multihitting attacks like the dark dragon's vacuum orb you'll have to learn to perfect dodge if you want to keep up the combo.
i run mirage and salvator for this very reason since both of them can let you just keep ungaing
mirage will keep you alive
salvator requires you to still be careful but the drain can easily top you off and you get debuff immunity to ignore bullshit like black dragon slow pits or shit like paralyze/freeze
obviously stagger them because they're both strong buffs on their own, once you get more used to how much damage a boss can dish out during certain attacks you'll have a better idea of when to use what
grind out stout heart and run steel nerves too if you haven't yet
slap in more survivability wherever you can
its entirely possible to build him so that he still hits his damage caps while letting you do monkey shit like facetanking gallanza (you will still need to pot for this no matter what you do though unless mirage is up), all while still meeting terminus weapon requirement
that isn't to say you don't need to guard/dodge at certain points but it certainly won't be for every other attack

I'd say that depends if you want to play the post game solo or with others. During the story I was maxing out one character and the putting some points towards the rest of the AI team so that they are not THAT behind but I stopped doing that once I cleared the story and focused on one character only to get access to Proud difficulty with them ASAP.

It makes it harder to get the end game weapon for a specific character as it will make the pool bigger.

If you're using a full AI team it'll feel pretty balanced if you spend like 2/3 of your points on the character you play and split the remaining 1/3 amongst your party. You want to have the most power but the AI can do a lot with just a little investment still

The final weapon is a random drop based on your unlocked characters and that may be the case in the future as well. It's up to you what you want to do with that info, there's no pity system aside from no duplicates and it's about 10-15% drop rate for 3-7 minute runs
Early endgame is like, the last 3
missions. Don't sweat it and enjoy the game. It's very easy to optimize or grind a bit and suddenly everything is braindead easy. I recommend playing with AI or friends and ai as well as some online players will just destroy the missions you're on

You say that because you've been playing for some time most likely. Let's put this hypotetical scenario: You played Relink, Seofon was so fricking cool you decided to hop on the gacha and recruit him, specially because people told you he's a free unit, you don't roll for him, just have to grind some stuff. You'll have to:
-Wait for the next GW/Dread Barrage to happen, and open a total of 84 boxes of only swords
-Grind all of the rare weapon drops to upgrade Siero's shop and get all the necessary materials to uncap the revenant sword fully before breaking it
-Ele change the other 20 and break them for the mats
-Uncap him to 5*, level him to 100, unlock the skill 4
-Transcende him with 2 blue papers and tons of HL mats that you may have trouble getting as a cutie
Transcending Siete from scrap would take, at the very least, 4 months, maybe more. This is for 1 character of course

getting siete isn't much they practically give away israelites for free now, and even 5* is pretty easy
and you certainly aren't going to be using this in anything because one of the main flaws of grub is there's nothing to do but GW so if you don't like GW you have no reason to grind and only log on to the game for free shit and read the events

Thing is it's more of a marathon than a race as a lot of people like to say. Most of the time you can simply wait a bit and do skips and you'll get whatever you want. Right now the only cancer grind are revenant weapons and mats and sand, everything else is kinda whatever
I've done everything but, the grind is horrendous, which is why I'm telling people not to play it.
Revenant weapons have been irrelevant for years unless they put in some new thing for them recently.
