There were some challenging quests going up to proud and the challenge is all depending on your PWR rating.
Try unlock 4 new characters and only increase PWR rating to just above the quests recoomended PWR.

In your defence I have not done proud yet, only proud bhamet but it was the same shit there, I was getting nuked by darkflame, put 2 darkflame V resistance sigils on...no more issue.
Do the same with the freeze debuff and I get your issue will go away, well minus the actual attacks you dont dodge, like using the ice to hide behind.

Try do bhamet and NOT get hit by darkflame debuff.
You wont even be doing any damage as you are trying to escape it constantly.
Its obvious it will be the same for all other proud bosses with debuffs.
I guess coop in relink can be harder than monhun because weebs are stupid. But nothing a button smasher with built in invincibility for maximum unga proficiency and 3 trusty AI friends can't handle.

You literally just hold the invincibility for Hell's Flare (learned this after the first 2 tries kek) and if your DPS isn't good enough just put AI SBA to be on hold for the DPS check. Other than that there is no strategy, just pure unga. On my first try I still managed to clear 80% of the damage check without SBA.

Nope, just rackam lead + main dps and 2 fodders, boss stage, full auto, repeat.
In fact I'm still doing it right now. I can even auto some maniac mode quest because the boss will die long before the critical timer runs out.
Your lead character can only auto up to extreme, but that doesn't mean the 3 other AI can't.
Literally just have your lead AFK and get carried by 3 AIs. Try giving the lead a bunch of defensive sigils too so your bots doesn't have to waste time running around ressing your dead ass.

I am regretting using my fortitude crystals on upgrading weapons on character I am not using.
With MSP you need your entire team decent enough in both offence and defence but obviously want to focus on your main.
There are kind of milestone sections where you get decent shit, I like to get that for my main then get the alts up and rinse repeat.
There's a couple singleplayer story bits in postgame so don't completely neglect your team, but you don't have to heavily invest in them
Give them leftover defensive sigils and the AI will probably stay alive fine at like ~7k HP

idk what anon's reasoning for the tierlist was but she has good buffs and one of her unique sigils is -30% def on Collapse which is just her regular Y move
She is a healer which is pretty much mandatory for coop contents with random shitters. Her buff doesn't over lap at all and she has a perma -30% DEF debuff if played manually. Even on AI she can still keep up 80% buff up time and since she doesn't sabo by repeatingly dying, she will always be there to save your ass.
Why that boss stage though?
Because picrel gives me 700 mastery for each batch of fire and earth shard and a quick blowjob.

i think each boost is multiplicative not additive, for example i gained more damage by slotting in quick charge than stamina because i already had levels in stamina. so you don't really want to stack one boost but find as many different types as you can
I'm doing big damage and avoiding death with Zeta while a Cog eats 2 deaths but still somehow manages to pull MVP. I feel disheartened when I play Zeta.

I put all this effort into gearing up multiple AI teammates to not have to deal with everyone dying all the time in proud fights, only to find out that the CPU dies just as often as actual players do. At least I now have 4 nearly maxed out characters.

There are multiple people who told me, based on the demo, that each character was like a different monhun weapon and that endgame was challenging.
Pretty sure only random weapon drops is the 6th weapon on last bhamet proud fight. The 6 starter characters all have theirs drop in chests in the story and the rest are all forget at the blacksmith.

I think attack speed characters are suppose to do SBA redistribution and stacking to help boost the team overall dps once they are fully capped and optimized.

It depends on how you kit them, skills especially.
For example, I don't think either Katalina or Yoda have ever given me invincibility or mirror images, respectively.
The characters with healing abilities usually prioritize using it on you to save you. Characters that can inflict debuffs or buff the entire party are pretty reliable.
I'd say only the ones that need to expend a resource or something to activate a certain aspect of a skill will never do that.

Why does it matter? GBF itself is just a sandbox for character interactions at this point. Nothing important will ever happen in the mobage and day 1 plot points will forever be a mystery because of the nature of mobage.
I've been trying to main Rosetta and it's tough to actually be useful for a lot of fights.She requires so much setup and it adds up to a lot of downtime. A lot of her skills and attacks also have a long windup making is really difficult to do anything other than evade during phases. Despite her range she still wants to be in melee range for max damage. Maybe I should just give up on her and play somebody more normal.
Weak. Go play Narmaya or something if you can't figure out Rosetta.
Every fight I did 2-3 times and learned where to optimally place the roses to shred the boss. Her biggest strength is that she can keep damaging a boss during Overdrive if you know where to place them before hand. Two extremely short CD full replacement skills, with two massive nukes (which instakill any spawned add). Cascade and non-stop weakpoint damage if you're not low IQ and keep the roses up.
Her personal sigils turn her into a hardcarry for shitters on Proud, 40% defense and the highest perma regen in the game is nothing to sniff at. Learn to play midrange and hop in when a break or Link Attack occurs to use your slower nukes. 30% faster attack animations also means 30% more Cascade uptime.
I know how to play her and I've been clearing extremes. I'm currently level 80ish right now and I never ran into a wall it's just other characters excel way more in most boss fights. All that time you have to do to reposition your roses is lost dps which other characters don't have to worry about.

You can usually fit these in with your V+ sigils.
Skills are just the two nukes and the two full summon spells, always start a fight with Bouqet for full level 2 roses. More importantly: learn to use the lock-on properly. Rose Tycoon can hit behind walls and pillars.

65 collective points of the damage cap skill you can get from sigils/weapon skill/etc. You hit the damage cap really early, with this skill it's a flat 250% boost to all damage essentially.
that's Rosetta. always taking stupid amounts of set-up for no payoff, really. she has a lot of gacha units and all of them take too much work to use to bother with when you could just put in someone who gets the job done no-hassle.

I heard Transmutations were able to give double trait character sigils. I stocked up 400 vouchers for when I hit Proud and save scumming is giving me nothing.

The power level inflation you get from extreme to maniac is some nutty shit. Went up from about 9.5k to 13k with what I could afford from the new masteries. Try unlock 4 new characters and only increase PWR rating to just above the quests recoomended PWR.

You literally just hold the invincibility for Hell's Flare (learned this after the first 2 tries kek) and if your DPS isn't good enough just put AI SBA to be on hold for the DPS check. Other than that there is no strategy, just pure unga. On my first try I still managed to clear 80% of the damage check without SBA.

Literally just have your lead AFK and get carried by 3 AIs. Try giving the lead a bunch of defensive sigils too so your bots doesn't have to waste time running around ressing your dead ass.

With MSP you need your entire team decent enough in both offence and defence but obviously want to focus on your main.
There are kind of milestone sections where you get decent shit, I like to get that for my main then get the alts up and rinse repeat.
There's a couple singleplayer story bits in postgame so don't completely neglect your team, but you don't have to heavily invest in them
Give them leftover defensive sigils and the AI will probably stay alive fine at like ~7k HP

She is a healer which is pretty much mandatory for coop contents with random shitters. Her buff doesn't over lap at all and she has a perma -30% DEF debuff if played manually. Even on AI she can still keep up 80% buff up time and since she doesn't sabo by repeatingly dying, she will always be there to save your ass.
Because picrel gives me 700 mastery for each batch of fire and earth shard and a quick blowjob.

i think each boost is multiplicative not additive, for example i gained more damage by slotting in quick charge than stamina because i already had levels in stamina. so you don't really want to stack one boost but find as many different types as you can

The characters with healing abilities usually prioritize using it on you to save you. Characters that can inflict debuffs or buff the entire party are pretty reliable.
I'd say only the ones that need to expend a resource or something to activate a certain aspect of a skill will never do that.

Can I get a quick rundown on the Proto Bahamut fight before I try it online for the first time?
I've been trying to main Rosetta and it's tough to actually be useful for a lot of fights.She requires so much setup and it adds up to a lot of downtime. A lot of her skills and attacks also have a long windup making is really difficult to do anything other than evade during phases. Despite her range she still wants to be in melee range for max damage. Maybe I should just give up on her and play somebody more normal.
Weak. Go play Narmaya or something if you can't figure out Rosetta.
Every fight I did 2-3 times and learned where to optimally place the roses to shred the boss. Her biggest strength is that she can keep damaging a boss during Overdrive if you know where to place them before hand. Two extremely short CD full replacement skills, with two massive nukes (which instakill any spawned add). Cascade and non-stop weakpoint damage if you're not low IQ and keep the roses up.
Her personal sigils turn her into a hardcarry for shitters on Proud, 40% defense and the highest perma regen in the game is nothing to sniff at. Learn to play midrange and hop in when a break or Link Attack occurs to use your slower nukes. 30% faster attack animations also means 30% more Cascade uptime.
I know how to play her and I've been clearing extremes. I'm currently level 80ish right now and I never ran into a wall it's just other characters excel way more in most boss fights. All that time you have to do to reposition your roses is lost dps which other characters don't have to worry about.

Becomes a non-issue with enough Cascade. The poison one for far ranged which hits hard, can stun and applies poison. The heal one for close range and instant debuff. She also gets a 4th rose at this point meaning even more Cascade shitting out CD reduction. If you think a boss is gonna move: all of her skills are dodge-cancelable.
She also multihits along every weak point with her nukes, meaning more stun chance and longer Link Time. A Rosetta and a Katalina in the same party can mean near infinite Link Time upkeep. Just keep playing, it'll click eventually when she unlocks her good endgame stuff.
Can you post your sigils and skills? I'm saving her for playing with my friends when they finally beat the story.

Your customization will be in the sigils and skill loadout. Skill tree is just a very long and grindy checklist to make your base character.

It may have been added in the last day or two, but the description of what's coming up now reads you can unlock them by doing something unspecified in game or pay to do it immediately. Highly doubtful it's just "get a normal ticket" because that takes no time at all and a bunch of people will be sitting on some.

The power level inflation you get from extreme to maniac is some nutty shit. Went up from about 9.5k to 13k with what I could afford from the new masteries. Also finally went online to grab the last crewmate ticket and unlock everyone plus do enough to get the 2nd character unique sigil and of course I had to queue into excavallion somehow twice. It was fun the first time but this one just takes way too long.
