I think the big issue with GTA VI is that unlike most other games it has an history of outright making fun of EVERYONE. Perhaps some more than others, but at least no "side" is deliberately being spared and portrayed purely positively.
And that's the crux of the problem. The "wokeshit" is all about treating certain groups, that might or might not be marginalized in society, nicely and with kid-gloves. That might have worked with the likes of Starfield or BG3, but it would outright ruin a GTA game.
I hope Rockstar fricks it up and goes under, setting off a chain reaction that destroys the entire industry.

If there's one thing I really liked about GTA, it's that I hope I could buy properties again that contains sub-stories or missions like in GTA Vice City. The games looks bad based on the previous gameplay leaks. Modern-day Miami doesn't look appealing at all. The leaks show that gun-feelings are going to be crap like in GTA V, meaning awfully forgettable sounds and no recoil whatsoever. The updated Euphoria ragdoll system doesn't seem to be implemented in the game, and still no proper gore or dismemberment. Rockstar Launcher crap. Online shark cards crap. Install size of 750gb+ because of online skins forced upon you even tho you will never play that online zoomer crap being advertised by paid Twitch-streamers, Youtubers and other charlatan influencers.

I'm really hoping the limitless cash they've printed off GTAV mean they don't feel bound to produce the same damn game. I think GTA from a female perspective is actually really interesting - shut the frick up - because there's absolutely shit you can do with a female protag you couldn't with a male. Prostitution, for example. Part and parcel for most of the series, but hey, guess what a lot of immigrant women end up doing to get by. Maybe you kill pimps and jack dudes cruising for pussy. Maybe you go all RPG and build your own brothel and recruit workers, Yakuza style. Maybe you do an OnlyFans and get passive income from simps.
You can still do drugs and guns, but I think there's a lot you can do with a female protag in a notoriously 'adult' series and I hope they lean into it.

If there's one thing I really liked about GTA, it's that I hope I could buy properties again that contains sub-stories or missions like in GTA Vice City. It's not worth it to save a few million dollars just to buy a casino room with flimsy design. GTA SA had an excellent and memorable plot, and I hope it will be the same for GTA6. Oh, and Lazlow has to show up. Hopefully some of the characters from previous games show up too.

It's so easy to spot "my job is gaming" homies. Rockstar could have released a GTA VI years ago, and the go to reason why they didn't is because "muh shark cards". While that is partially true, they have the reputation of industry innovators. They're sucking up all this talent, trying out things in RDR2, and biding their time and aiming for perfection.
Not to be a dick rider, but the day this game drops is the day MANY projects die. The game is going to put a fire under so many publisher's asses they'll have no choice but to be better. A frickup launch like cyber punk won't have goodwill to save the studio's ass, Elder Scrolls VI is going to fall off hard. It's literally going to be the equivalent from 2d to 3d games, and the industry is about to experience a long overdue bottle neck extinction event

However, these israelites are so israeliteey that they would have released it on ps4 pro given the chance, then make you buy the proper version on next-gen at a later point. The games looks bad based on the previous gameplay leaks. Modern-day Miami doesn't look appealing at all. The leaks show that gun-feelings are going to be crap like in GTA V, meaning awfully forgettable sounds and no recoil whatsoever. The updated Euphoria ragdoll system doesn't seem to be implemented in the game, and still no proper gore or dismemberment. Rockstar Launcher crap. Online shark cards crap. Install size of 750gb+ because of online skins forced upon you even tho you will never play that online zoomer crap being advertised by paid Twitch-streamers, Youtubers and other charlatan influencers.
All in all, I feel like I am only following the release for nostalgia purposes to remind myself of the good old days when everyone would get excited for a new GTA and Rockstar would actually deliver.

It will probably just be okay at best. At least the single player will be, don't care about online. I don't understand why it has taken so long as I don't really expect it to be much bigger than 5 in terms of scale. If it were gonna do the entire US like the rumoured original plan for it I'd get it but it seems it's just gonna be a scaled down Florida.
